This book is submitted under the leadership of Tim Early, founder of the Foundation of the Apostles and Prophets International. No part of this book is to be copied, altered, or used in any way without the direct permission of the author. Over the years, many ministries stole from this work and plagiarized the contents therein as their own original revelation. Though I hold no exclusivity to kingdom principles, I do believe in respect and honor where given. It is tragic, and disgusting to say the least, that leaders would make rigorous attempts to glorify themselves in the labor of another man. In this hour of transition, I strongly believe that the Spirit of the Living God is bringing forth not only a movement of power, but of purity.
Therefore,
I ask that you please regard this effort as a labor of love, and consider the
26 years that went into this book. For this book is given with the expressed
purpose and aim of advancing the kingdom of God through the instrumentality and
agency of the church, local and universal. Its commission is Melchisedec in
scope and dimension, and is a ministry to all peoples everywhere, regardless of
your clan, cluster, culture, or creed.

The
Saints and the Kingdom
When writing books, I usually begin with
clear intentions of what the Father’s objective and desired end is, as oppose
to the hurried notion of getting a book on the shelf for mass marketing. I’m
sure most writers feel the same way, but then each must answer within their
heart the staggering realization of what God’s ultimate purpose and will is
through their in-part revelation. Meaning, God is calling forth much more than
another book, but the profundity of revelation of his sovereign plan that will
translate into practical application and triumphant victory. Whether it is a
book published regarding marriage, prayer, finance, church, evangelization,
children, or even a book on “how to,” God is definitely after something in the
deeper sphere, activity, and dimension of the Spirit. He is unstoppably at work
in bringing about his ultimate eternal purpose, but then man doesn’t always
give heed to the voice of the proceeding word of the Lord either.
For many, the so-called Christian life is
nothing more than the sum-total of what each feels something which God has once
said about their life many years ago, particularly through the written counsels
of his word. But what most fail to realize is that God is not endorsing a blanket
statement merely about what he has already said, rather, what he is NOW SAYING
about what he has ALREADY said. Meaning, the word of the Lord is a proceeding
and now word. It is a word for all times, and a word in due season. It is more
than having bible theory, and much more than having bible quiz knowledge. But
the proceeding or now word is an ongoing revelation, the Spirit of the word,
which is written in the hearts of men, even as we now speak!
In John’s gospel, Jesus makes it clear in
chapter 5:39 that we think we find eternal life in the searching of the
scriptures. O, that is just like man today, rigorously attempting to get every
ounce of vibrant life from the knowledge of scripture, which has resulted in
hundreds of bible colleges and thousands of churches around the world. But
Jesus goes on to say {and I paraphrase this} in verse 40 that we “Did not come
to him.”
Further meaning, we may preach bible
knowledge, but have not the quickening spirit of the Last Adam to take us into
an upward spiral and upgrade of revelatory truth. For truth is progressive, and
truth is present {or now}. Truth is not alone what one majors on as their tenet
of faith. But truth is a person, and truth is from the beginning. For to
understand and appropriate present truth, one must be nurtured in the Spirit of
Truth. Therefore, Truth, which is the person of the Lord Jesus Christ, is what
produces life in us. For Christ is the way which establishes us into truth, and
the truth which is life giving in nature. {Read
John 14:6, 17, 26; 15:26; 16:13}
According to Hebrews 1:1-2, God has spoken
in times past through various venues and vehicles of expression. Whether it was
through the Patriarchs, prophets, priests, kings, or judges then, God spoke,
and continues to speak. Therefore, we must be open to the voice of the Lord,
which speaks directly through his written word, and through his trumpet
ministries. For the canon of scripture does not close the book on what God has
said, but introduces us to the reality when that which is perfect is come, that
which is in part is done away with. For the problem isn’t whether or not the
Lord is speaking, rather, that we have ears to hear and do what he is saying to
our generation!”
In the book you’re about to read, let me
clarify this point, “Don’t read this Book!” Rather…
“Eat
the Book!”
“Study the Book!”
“Consume the Book!”
“Prophesy the Book!”
“Practice the Book!”
A
True, reading is a great start, but I did
not write this book merely to capture one’s enthusiasm, or to cater to your
past time reading pleasure. However, this book is given with the expressed
interest to help steer and advance your thinking into a throne-room dimension
of maturity, above the mercy seat, between the cherubim. {Exodus 25:22; Isaiah
37:16; Psalms 91:1-2; Revelation 4:1-2; 22:1}
It is a book that will encourage you to
minister to creation from a throne perspective, from the realm of the Third Day
{Resurrection} and the Seventh Day {Rest}. It is given with the heart of the
Father to move his precious saints from individualism to corporate life, from I
to we, from the Feast of Passover to the Feast of Tabernacles! It’s intended
and given purpose is to see the corporate dealings and manifestation of God’s
eternal presence in the earth, with a growing understanding of our involvement
therein. For we do not work for the Lord, but work with him. We are co-laborers
and co-administrators with the Father, an Apostolic Team Ministry {ATM} of the
Lord Most High. 1 Corinthians 3:9
With prevalent and pervasive teachings today
such as “Rapture-mania, the Big Bad Devil, God’s purposes to cease with the
Middle East, to the Church as God’s parenthetical plan, it is no wonder why a
growing confusion exist among countless many believers world over concerning
the church’s purpose & destiny.
Nevertheless, this book tackles more than
just eschatology. It helps us to get into the flowing stream of what God is now
doing through the agency and operation of His administrative Spirit, and
through the instrumentality of the church. Its primary thrust is motivated
towards the destiny-oriented dimension of ministry, a ministry that began with
the Elohim. It is a ministry that brings to mind the law of circularity, for we
come from God, and shall return to him. It is a ministry of reconciliation,
back to Godhead!
Now, before you began to journey here into
the vast depths of the counsel of God, let me remind you that this book, though
given for practical application, is not intended to minister to your emotions.
It is given to minister to your spirit. It is chiefly given to help launch you
into a bold new dynamic, a bold new dimension, a bold new demonstration, and a
bold new destiny. It is designed to encourage saints everywhere to get a bigger
picture than what they are and to advance forwardly with progressive spiritual
momentum into the 21st century leader-shift. For this is a new
paradigm of transition. The corporate church is experiencing the winds of
change, the changing of the guard, and the breaking away of limited
mentalities.
From the standpoint of divine revelatory
vision, the living creatures of Ezekiel chapter one have eyes on the outward,
but in the book of Revolution, these eyes are also inward. This speaks
of the unlimited vision of the Lord, a vision of the totality and fullness of
God. This is the same principle of truth found in Ephesians 1:18, the eyes of
our understanding flooded with light {Greek – Photizo, as in photo – revealed
through light} For we are moving past sight, to foresight, into divine insight.
We now understand the true nature of things through the Wisdom of God, the
Ancient of Days, seeing things through our Father’s eyes. Mark 8:23-25

Corporate Confusion
{Babylon}
Subtitled
The Great Commission Versus
the Great Commotion
And God blessed them, and
God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the EARTH, and
subdue it: and have dominion…Genesis 1:28
The above passage confirms the process of God’s eternal purpose through
Dominion. All other scriptures including Psalms 24:1; Isaiah 6:3; 45:18;
Genesis 14:19-20; Matthew 5:5; Revelation 1:5-6; 5:10; 11:15, etc., stems from
the original intention and decreed will of the Heavenly Father from the
dateless past. Whether reconstruction, kingdom now, restoration,
reconciliation, the ascension gift ministries {via, apostles and prophets}, the
family, or global prayer strategies, it is simply found in the Dominion
Mandate.
…All power is given unto me
in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach {make disciples of} ALL
NATIONS {universal: global, mentality – Isaiah 2:2-4: 37:16}
Matthew 28:18-19
…Go ye into the ENTIRE
WORLD, and preach the gospel to every creature. Mark 16:15
…And that repentance and
remission of sins should be preached in his name among
ALL NATIONS…Luke 24:47
And there are also many
other things that Jesus did, which if they should be written every one, I
suppose the WORLD itself could not contain the books that should be written.
John 21:25
Each of the above four scriptures is taken from the end of each book of
the gospels. Each reveal in part, the great commission, which began in Genesis
chapter one. Though man’s plans may change, God’s eternal purpose remains
consistent. Though he may use various methods, vehicles of expression, and
kingdom instruments from Adam to Christ {the body}, it does not negate his
steadfast, massive, irresistible, and unstoppable plan of the ages. For the
Lord speaks well of his eternal purpose for all times in Isaiah 46:10…”My counsel shall stand, and I will do all
my pleasure.”
1
There are numerous scriptures that testify
of the Great Commission. I cannot begin to list them all due to the interest of
time. But I will go on record for stating this that though the majority of the
church embraces evangelization, still, there rises a growing concern over the
methods, motives, and mentalities. Note below:
Methods: Some local churches feel the need to get tracts
into the hands of every sinner of the city. For them, it is imperative that
their church reaches every unbeliever with an exploding head count to follow.
The same with many assemblies today that insist on their church members
peddling tracts throughout the streets each week as a sign of unquestionable
loyalty and obedience to God and their pastors. The more tracts given, the more
souls to be saved. The more we canvas our communities with such conviction and
zeal, suddenly, we begin to appease the vehement and angry God up above. For it
seems, all he is concerned with is souls, just souls! But there is a motive and
mentality behind this reoccurring mode of operation.
Motives & Mentalities: When assemblies create desperate attempts to win the
world before it’s too late, I have to ask them the question, “Who told you that
you were naked? Have you eaten of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil?”
Smile! In other words, when did we leave the flowing stream of the manifest
presence of God for frustration? Whose idea was it to win the world by the year
2000? Simply put, the frivolous ideal that God’s love is enormously proven by
our anxiety in soul outreach is birthed out of a sin-conscience instead of a SON-conscience,
{Which includes a works mentality – We’ve gotta, gotta, gotta or else!} For
many, we’d rather
Preach fear of losing
salvation, failing to win those souls to our church altars, then to minister
the love of God that saves to the utmost. We’d rather preach a mean Jesus,
sitting on the throne waiting to bop us over the head at one false move, then
to preach Jesus as the Savior of the world. For it appeals to our head and our
displaced emotions that God has far more favor for the church that wins the
most souls for Jesus Christ. And, failure to give a showing support on the
streets each week can potentially forfeit your golden condominium in Beulah
Land.
Somehow, we feel it is our
required duty to keep our church altars filled each week, going through great
lengths, heights, and depths to assure maximum capacity. And beloved there is
no doubt the glory of the Lord is filling the earth through his eternal
presence, but please make a distinction here between the radiant life of the
Spirit wooing men into an intimate and abiding relationship, as oppose to a
work’s mentality. True, we long to see a massive influx of souls in our
assemblies, but let us not resort to methods, motives, or mentalities that find
its origin in part, to an improper view of God himself. For the way you
perceive Christ can determine how you will build and establish your ministry.
If you perceive him ONLY as the God of desolation and destruction, you
might be orientated to preach fear when in all truth, perfect love casts out
fear.
And, if you magnify Satan as
the Preeminent Devil, and Jesus as the Super Escape Artist who secretly removes
us from the earth for fear of the onslaught of the end-time, then your message
and methods will reflect the same. All in all, how we perceive Jesus Christ
will help determine the way we execute his purpose in the earth. For a
distorted perception of Jesus produces such measure in ministry. A poorly and
ill-defined position produces the fruit thereof. For what we have done is
preached the hell INTO people, and have characterized evangelization
from the standpoint of saving them from a pitiful end. However, God’s abounding
love is much more bigger than that, and it’s time we start ministering the
endless life of Christ to draw others into the Father’s steadfast love, as
oppose to many whose sole premise for winning unbelievers is “Get Saved, or Get
Blazed!”
2
It didn’t say in the
beginning “God so feared that you would die the sinner’s death, or that he was
sore afraid that you might miss it!” Nor did the scripture exclaim “God so
loved that he made a drastic plea to save us from a bitter and horrifying end!”
NO!
It simply says, “God so
loved the world that he gave, and that we were created for his pleasure!”
Meaning, we are to minister
to creation from a throne perspective, according to the principles of Matthew
28:18-20. For an unprecedented witness to a broken humanity comes when the
saints realize that Jesus is NOW in all power on earth, in heaven, and under
the earth. From this position, we can flow out of the life-giving nature of the
Lamb who has taken away the sin of the world. We can reach the nations {or
various ethnic cultures, even in our own backyard} through a new dynamic and
sphere of activity as given by the Holy Spirit. We can execute the government
of God in the earth, and rule as stewards, co-laborers and co-administrators
with the Lord.
1 Corinthians 3:6-12;
15:24-26; Daniel 7:22; Psalms 145:11-13; Isaiah 9:7; Acts 1:8
Therefore, right motives and
mentalities play a key factor in how we implement the strategies of the kingdom
to reach the nations through our measure of rule. If we believe that the
eschatology of the church is dismal, then we may be inclined to win the world
“BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE!”
In this, we have yet to
consider that God is working all things after the counsel of his own will, and
has an irrevocable destiny to be fulfilled in the earth. That is why I wrote
this book. For it is given to help you to see we are not here merely being
called out of darkness, but to be sent right back into it. How? With the
liberating influence of the Spirit, and the quickening nature of the PATTERN
SON, the Blueprint of Perfection, the Path that leads to the Father’s Glory!
Isaiah 11:3-4; Colossians
1:13-20; Ephesians 4:7-10; Psalms 68:18; James 5:7; Romans 9:11;
8:28-30; 1 Corinthians 2:16;
Ephesians 3:9-11; 2 Corinthians 10:13-16;
………………………………………………………
Continuing on
Earlier at the beginning of the book we referenced some scriptures with
ample support of the dominion mandate, and the functionality of the saints to
continue in its given mission and stated purpose. However, we would like to
take some time to address the significant importance of this chapter “Corporate Confusion, the
Great Commission versus the Great Commotion.” In this chapter, we shall
help clear the air of the mass confusion that befall many in defining their
allotted purpose in the earth. For as it now stands we have great volumes of
books on how to a better Christian with emphasis on improving our human nature.
However, many of these books are written with a sincere yet negative
disposition, alluding {more like catering} to the catastrophic events of dispensational mathematics.
Because of this, millions of saints are on the edge of night eagerly
awaiting a quick exit from earth. With this in mind, the views of many have
suggested that saints be here momentarily as we are destined to leave the earth
to make way for the real agenda of the end-times. This agenda is commonly
referred to as “Some other people, place,
and time.” But for now, let’s begin by examining the expressed meaning of
Corporate Confusion. Next page…
3
Corporate Confusion: Babbling Babylon
For God is not the author of
confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
1 Corinthians 14:33
For where envy and strife
is, there is confusion and every evil work. James 3:16
And the whole city was
filled with confusion…Acts 19:29
…For the assembly was
confused…Acts 19:32
The Lord shall smite thee
with madness, and blindness, and panic of heart:
Deuteronomy 28:28
…And upon the earth distress
of nations, with perplexity; the seas and the waves roaring.
Luke 21:25
Therefore is the name of it
called Babel {confusion}; because the Lord did there confound {confused} the
language of all the earth…Genesis 11:9
Destroy {confuse}, O Lord,
and divide {confound} their tongues…Psalms 55:9
Confusion!
Confusion, what a disappointing thing to think of not to mention to
have experienced. From by-products of disorientation to losing control,
confusion is distinctly defined as “a state of disorder, bewilderment,
embarrassment, and failure to distinguish between things.” Along with this
Webster’s definition comes the word “confuse” which mean “to mix up; jumble
together; put into disorder, mix up mentally, to bewilder, perplex, embarrass,
disconcert, and mistake the identity.”
In these interesting shades of meanings, it is not hard to determine
how confusion can implicate the spiritual as well as the natural. With regard
to purpose, destiny, and God’s plan of the ages, saints abroad still find
themselves more or less in a state of confusion concerning present day truth.
And, many could easily resort to an old order of comfort zone complacency,
seemingly abashed to enter into the proceeding or NOW word of the Lord for our
time. For an old order mentality tends to draw from a dried up brook instead of
the current waves of God for 21st century
reformation. Many would just assume to huddle in small groups calling vibrantly
fresh movements of the Spirit as false, or turn a deaf ear altogether to anyone
that is not a part of their social clique. Of course the spirit of which these
precious yet misguided folk linger is inordinate religious pride, followed by
haughtiness. In fact, pride is the first thing God notably hates in Proverbs
6:16-19. Therefore, we shall begin this section by reviewing select discussions
on the matter of Corporate
Confusion {Babel versus Bethel}.
4
Babylon,
the Spirit of the Mind: a way of Life
Babylon is a mindset, not necessary confined to an historical city of
the past. In fact, Babylon is a way of thinking or way of life. Babylon, in its
entire religious splendor did not originate with the Roman Catholic Church, but
was perpetuated ages ago through the first Adam. Isaiah 14:12-20; Ezekiel 28:11-19;
{I do know that the more
popular views differ on these selected portions of scriptures}
Babylon, by present truth perspective is mixture, an adulterated blend
of disembodied spirits {Revelation 18:2-4}, subtle and overt in its
composition. It is an entity diversified with disunity {Pseudo Unity},
disfranchising people of their purpose, and disengaged from the Dominion Mandate of Genesis 1:28.
To better understand this, turn to Genesis 11 and see what the intentions of
Nimrod and company were. For they purposed in their heart an exclusive position
that opposed the universal and global mentality of God which was the birth of
the nations. Some scholars today perceive the idea of the Genesis 11 account as
being a secret ceremonial initiation into the ranks of Nimrod’s controlling
order. Such order has given birth to pagan deification, the worship of
demagogues, and the oppressive nature for which Babylon represents. {Is. 14:4;
Dan. 5:19}
Now Babylon is translated in today’s culture as the three-fold aspect
of the world system.
You can find the development of this order by reviewing the notes
below.
…1 John 2:15-17
The Lust of the Flesh, the
Lust of the Eye, and the Pride of Life {Revelation 18:9}
Or…
Lust
of the Flesh Lust of the Eye Pride of Life
Tree
good for food Pleasant to the Eyes Make one wise
Stones
turned to Bread
Cast yourself down False Worship
Matthew 4:1-11: Genesis 3:1-6: and again 1 John 2:15-17 {Please read
them together}
Babylon also yields three important tactics against the believer,
something found through many churches and religious systems today…{Webster’s
definitions below}
1 -Intimidation: to
make afraid, overawe; to force or deter with threats or violence…
2 - Manipulation: to
work, treat, operate, handle, or control in a fraudulent or unfair way:
To change or falsify for one’s own purpose and profit: skillful
handling or operation…
3 – Domination: rule
or control by superior power: such as Nicolaitanes: power over laity
5
As we continue I want to approach the subject of Babylon primarily from
the observations and conditions of today’s church. In my objective I do not in
any wise suggest the church of the Lord Jesus Christ as something feign or
hypocritical, but rather point out the prevailing and oppressive positions
found through Babylonian mentality.
For as it stands Jesus has dealt a crushing blow to the Babylonian
disorder of the ages. However, this truth must come into manifestation through
the apostles and prophets. For Revelation 18:16 records the apostles and
prophets as witnesses to her demise. Though applicable to the present and past
there is yet a proceeding word, which reveals many today in Babylonian
mentality. And because of this, the church under the leader-shift of the apostles
and prophets is exposing the Great Whore, which “fornicate” its purpose through
merchandising and drunkenness. For that’s what a whore does, it sells herself
to others for an exchange of goods. Be it money, sex, clothes, or the demand
for a place to stay, sex for money constitutes power. Prostitution sex
exchanges favors through power. Money or other accommodations is purchasing
power for sex. Therefore sex for money or for any other business proposition is
an exchange of power, the nature of Babylon.
And it is no surprise to me at all when ministers with great money and
methods become impure in motives. Nor is it necessarily the news of the week
for leaders to step down {whether voluntary or by constraint}, while the
anointing and glory of the Lord utterly fades away. From cutting shady deals in
private to lowering standards to appeal to “Mo Money:” Babylon does more
than confuse. It attempts to twist and pervert the very purposes of God in our
lives for destiny. Like Esau whom sold his birthright {30}, blessing {60}, and
inheritance {100} for a momentary fling with unsatisfied flesh, the Lord
confirmed later in the book of Hebrews that he was a fornicator, one that sold
out his allotted and expected end for something gratifying to the flesh. Hebrews
12:16-17
For the powerful influence of Babylon is all around us. From the world
system and its tempestuous lust, to religious Babylon of dogma and creed,
Babylon must be resisted. Historically, it has fallen, but on a more personal
note it must denounced.
Now, let’s list some scriptural references that alludes to the nature
of Babylon…
A – The nature of Babylon is
to take you out of your land, your inheritance. 2 Kings 25:21
B – The nature of Babylon is
to carry you into captivity. 2 Kings 24:15
C – The nature of Babylon is
to blind and kill as a spectacle to others. 2 Kings 25:7
Note: Jehoiachin and Zedekiah had it coming anyway, for they did evil
in the sight of the Lord. I used them as reference just the same, to simply
show you the relentless efforts of Babylon to bring others into captivity,
derision, and bondage.
D – The nature of Babylon is
to exile others, causing aimless wander from their own land.
2 Chronicles 36:20 {This
confirms how many believers are still in bewilderment}
E – The nature of Babylon is
to oppress {control} others. Isaiah 14:4; Acts 10:38
F – The nature of Babylon
demands to be served. Jeremiah 27:11-12
6
G – The nature of Babylon is
to demand worship of its image {imagination}. For Babylonian worship is
universal, characterized by the image of the beast versus the image of God. It
is presumably God made in the image of man.
Psalms 137:1-4; Daniel 3:1-11: Revelation 18:22
H – The nature of Babylon is
that of unrest to its inhabitants. Jeremiah 50:34
I – The nature of Babylon is
to proudly ascend or mount up into the heavens. Genesis 11:1-9; Isaiah 14:12;
Jeremiah 51:53. For Babylon prides herself in her own strength.
J – The nature of Babylon
{confusion} opposes your peace {Jerusalem}. Jeremiah 34:7
K – The nature of Babylon is
to have the nations drunk of her fornication. In fact Babylon’s harlotry is
rather intoxicating to the nations that lie with her. For again, Babylon is
synonymous with the WORLD SYSTEM of 1 John 2:15-16, otherwise known as the Lust
of the Flesh, the Lust of the Eye, and the Pride of Life...Revelation 17:2;
L – The nature of Babylon is
blasphemy. Her nature is to speak out indignantly against the most high, as
confirmed in Isaiah 14:12 and Ezekiel 28:12-19. Revelation 17:3: Galatians
5:19-20
M – The nature of Babylon is
to deck and adorn herself in fine apparel. Babylon places stock on her outward
beauty, while inwardly she is corrupt to the core. Revelation 17:4; Ezekiel
28:17
N – The nature of Babylon is
Matriarchal. In fact, she is the mother of harlots, which helps us to
understand what the true nature of harlotry really is. Here, Babylon nurtures
the nature of whoredom. Babylon is whoredom in the spirit, soul, and body. It
is whoredom in pleasures, desires, and sensual - soulish appetites. Revelation
17:6; 1 John 2:15-16; 1 Thess. 5:23
O – The nature of Babylon
deceives the nations through sorcery. She says she is a Queen {self-sufficient
– Revelation 3:17 – Laodicean church}: Revelation 18:23: Jeremiah 44:17-19
P – The nature of Babylon is
to make trade with the nations through her licentiousness. The nations become
rich through her commerce, business, or trade as every prostitute has a product
a plan of action, and a negotiable price for business. Revelation
18:9-19
Q – The nature of Babylon
reveal she is a slayer of God’s prophets and saints. In truth, this is the Jezebel
spirit, which opposed the reforming ministry of Elijah. A daughter of Zidonia,
cult leader and worshipper of Baal, Jezebel slew the prophets of the Lord.
Thank God Obadiah hid 100 of them by fifty in a cave. 1 Kings 18:4, 13: 19:1-2;
10: Revelation 2:20-23
For the moment let’s consider some important commentary.
Babylon represents an oppressive and manipulative form of confusion.
From the root word “Babel” it is confusion in that through an indiscriminate
mixture of things, it makes it difficult to distinguish between the elements or
parts. From Webster’s we find other related words below…
Muddle: Snarled confusion resulting from
mismanagement or incompetence.
Jumble: Suggests a confused mixture of
dissimilar things. {i.e. clothing, books}

A moment ago we gave reference of scripture regarding the overall and
specific characteristics of Babylon. The following references maintain the
judgment of the Lord upon the Babylon system.
R – The Spirit of the Lord
causes Babylon to cease. Isaiah 14:4 {1 John 2:17}
S – The Spirit of the Lord
causes Babylon’s nobles to be brought {broken} down. Is. 43:14
T – The Spirit of the Lord
causes Babylon to become a perpetual desolation. Jeremiah 25:12
U – The Spirit of the Lord
causes Babylon to become a heap of ruins. Jeremiah 51:37
V – The Spirit of the Lord
causes Babylon to become a horror among the nations. Jer. 51:41
W – The Spirit of the Lord
causes Babylon to sink, never to arise anymore. Jeremiah 51:64
X – The Spirit of the Lord
inflicts punishment upon the images of Babylon. Jeremiah 51:47
Y – The Spirit of the Lord
causes Babylon to be found no more at all. Revelation 18:21
Well, what happened to the
letter “Z” brother Tim?
8
I’m so glad you asked beloved!
The letter “Z” holds a dear and interesting point with me. For in the
last segment of references regarding Babylon’s demise, there is yet another
kingdom principle that reveals God’s restorative and reconciliatory purposes
towards mankind. You might generate questions concerning this, but the truth of
the matter is, Babylon is destroyed in one form, and given the opportunity to
be restored back to God in another. For this is the very nature of the Father,
to reconcile all things to himself through Christ. Eph. 1:10
Since it is likely that some will not agree with this format of
discussion, let it be known that what God destroys in one dimension, he has
power to bring to life in another. The same is with the old man as it is
crucified through Christ. One aspect of your life is put to death, while
another is made alive in Christ. The Spirit of God brings foreclosure to one
era of our life, and causes us to become forerunners in another. One is
termination and the other is germination. Though the oppressive and confusing
nature of Babylonian mentality is destroyed, God creates a new heaven and a new
earth out of you.
Yes Babylon represents the worldly system, but it is not God who is
restoring the opposing world order, but a new order that will enable us to
inherit the earth through dominion. It is restoration of purpose through
process, taking us back to the original intention for which we are given in the
earth for. Genesis 1:26; Acts 3:21; Isa. 45:16-18
God is restoring us in the midst of chaotic Babylon. He is not merely
taking us away from the plight of this worldly system, but is enabling us to be
a kingdom witness and demonstration of his decreed will and purpose amid the
Babylonian ravages thereof. This is why Peter acknowledges the sister church at
Babylon, a church in, but not of the oppressive and idolatrous
nature of Babylon. Meaning, God wants a people to arise in the midst of this worldly
system, and not to evacuate it because of our doctrinal and eschatological
beliefs. True, the word declares in Revelation 18:4 to “Come out of her, not
partaking of her sins,” but it does not refrain us from penetrating the
darkness of this world order for kingdom advancement. For consider this, the
Lord is able and willing not only to keep us from the Lion’s den, but
also in it. Either way, he is the Lord!
Back to the question earlier, what happened to the letter “Z” brother
Tim?
The letter ‘Z” represents the Omega or the ending of a thing. We do
know that what we tend to call the end is not always the end unto itself.
Rather, it is the beginning of the end, or the end of the beginning. It may
simply be a new chapter of another book, or a fresh new start beginning with
the end of something else in our life. Isaiah 46:10
Now, the principle of the missing letter “Z” is the basis of the next
section of chapter one.
In the following, the Spirit of the Lord shall bring to light though we
are not to be influenced by the lust of the flesh, the eye, and the pride of
life, we are not to abandon
9
the dominion mandate given us from the beginning. Regardless of the
outlook in this world, and the chaotic thinking that prevails many in the
church, “THE EARTH IS THE LORD’S and the
fullness thereof, the world and they that dwell therein.” Psalms 24:1
According to Isa. 48:14, the
Lord shall perform his purpose on Babylon. Meaning, as he brings to mind his
judgment upon this worldly system {lust of the flesh, lust of the eye, the
pride of life}, it is a judgment defined by the foundational understanding of
Hebrews 6:1-2 or Eternal Judgment. For eternal judgment is judgment past,
present, future. Eternal judgment is not to be understood as a pitiful end for
unbelievers, but eternal judgment has to do with the way God judges a thing. It
carries the intense meaning of what he thinks and how he feels about something
in accord to the whole counsel of his eternal purpose.
For when you weigh the isolated and exaggerated interpretation of
scripture with today’s devoted theologians to the whole or overall expression
of God’s eternal purpose, you may find that the Lord is really in the business
of restoration, as confirmed in Acts 3:21.
The prophets of old, the apostles of the new covenant, and the apostles
and prophets of the Spirit today are prophesying to the eternal purpose of God
from the beginning which is the restoration and consummation of all things {in
Christ}. Ephesians 1:10
Even though the Heavenly Father alludes to destruction and utter
desolation in some passages of scripture, the underlying truth is, God’s heart
toward mankind is first to restore and reconcile, not to exile! For the Father
does not waste or discard a thing. In the mind of the Lord, he is working all
things after the counsel of his own will. He is working all things out for our
good. He has already reconciled men back to himself by his sovereign agency
through the SON and the administration of the Spirit. God’s counsel now stands,
and beloved he shall do all of his pleasure! Joel 2:25
For the children being not
yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God
according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calls. Romans
9:11
For I know the thoughts that
I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give
you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11
For he created all things,
that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible. Whether they
be thrones, or dominions, or principalities or powers: all things were created
by him, and for him. And he is before all things, and by him all things
consists. Colossians 1:16-17
Now think for just a moment. The Father’s heart is restoration and
reconciliation for dominion, not Scofieldian evacuation. The Father’s heart and
nature from the beginning is habitation, from the garden of Eden to the New
Jerusalem {the fullness of the bride}. It is the Father’s heart to fill the
earth with the knowledge {May I insert here as intimate
knowledge?} of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas. Isaiah 11:9: Habakkuk. 2:14:
It is the Father’s heart to see the earth inhabited through a new
order. For the Lord make a new heaven and a new earth. This is done through the
Spirit, as the elements {elementary and rudimentary principles of men} are
burned with fervent heat. 2 Peter 3:10; Colossians 2:8
{Please get a copy of our book, Present Truth of the New
Jerusalem}…Revelation 21:1
10
As we continue with Corporate Confusion, the Great Commission Versus
the Great Commotion, I would like to list a select portion of scriptural
references regarding reconciliation, and tie it in with the simple truth that
we are being restored back to the Father for the purpose of Dominion. For
salvation is not alone to get one saved from their sin, nor is it alone to
enjoy heavenly bliss with God. But, salvation is also the means through which
man is reestablished to the staggering truth that he was made for Elohim’s
pleasure and delight, which is found in the meaning of the word “Eden.”
Eden, God’s pleasure and delight, is where man was placed to rule the
earth through the expressed image of the Elohim. Eden was the epicenter where
God communed with Adam daily. Though Eden was lush and filled with all manners
of precious herbs, Adam was not given a five-fold charge for cultivating a
bunch of vegetables and fruits. For the substance and pure nature of the Elohim
was breathed into Adam for ruler-ship and dominion over the earth through the
expressed image and person of the Elohim.
With Adam through the realm of Eden, God was accomplishing his purpose
in the earth. Unfortunate it seems, Adam’s duties appears relegated to the
practical side of his human life, as oppose to the divine commission earlier
mentioned in Genesis 1:28. For it seems that Adam reneged from the global
kingdom world-view, into a more domesticated sphere of activity, living by
human nature and not divine nature. Like many, Adam resorted to a sophisticated
position of normal everyday home life, when in all truth, male and female were
created for dominion over the earth through Eden {God’s delight}.
Now that was not an impossible task then, nor is it one now.
For everything about the kingdom, the manifestation of the sons of God,
the King-Priest ministry after the order of Melchisedec, etc., was to be
birthed initially out of the two witnesses of Adam the man and Adam the Womb
Man, the female man, the man with a womb. Even though there was no vast
population to begin with, the earth was to be covered abroad with the same
substance as they, as they continued to eat only from the tree of life. Their
prodigy, heritage, and offspring were not only to bear the likeness of God, but
the very expression of his divine purpose. For it is one thing to be made to look
like Elohim, but it is another thing to be made in the expressed image of his
purpose. Therefore, man is to be restored back to his original purpose with the
Father. For the law of circularity says, “We
come from God the Father and return unto him!”
This is why it is so important not to abort
or abandon the Great Commission of Genesis 1:26-28. For God began by stating
his agenda for the earth through a kingdom mentality. Kingdom mentality is far
greater than having a church-minded mentality that caters to church affairs
alone. Kingdom mentality is a global apostolic concept born out of dominion,
the original great commission. Kingdom mentality is a universal picture of the
purposes of God from the beginning. For when you say “Universe” it is also
saying
God’s “Uni-Verse,” One Verse, One Word, One
thing God is saying!” In the wholesome sense, we must become one with God’s
Uni-verse, the one thing God has originally spoken from the beginning.
The
heavens declare the glory of God…Psalms 19:1
And
the heavens shall declare his righteousness: for God is Judge himself. Psalms

The List: {Feel free to grab
a cup of coffee or some herb tea at this time - Smile}
Here is a list of Reconciliation scriptures
for your benefit. Remember these scriptures simply declare the END from the
BEGINNING. Keep in mind, that the purpose of reconciliation not only draws man
to God for fellowship and fullness with the person of the Lord, but enables man
to fulfill the given purpose that he was created for in Genesis 1:26-28. As you
pour over these scriptural references, digging deeper in your personal devotion
time, you may witness in your spirit the very heart of the Father from the
beginning. For as it stands, many still hold to the notion that God’s nature is
primarily destructive, when in all truth, God has a decreed, steadfast,
irresistible judgment that shall not whither away because some refuse to
believe in all that he is. Simply put, his heartfelt thrust for kingdom
advancement abounds from within the Most Holy Place or the Third Dimension of
our Salvation, the place where the Cherubim are above the Mercy-Seat. Note
below the scriptural confirmation of this as found in the book of Isaiah…
O
Lord of hosts, God of Israel that dwells between the Cherubim, you are the God,
even you alone. Of all the kingdoms of the earth: you have made the heaven and
earth. Isaiah 37:16

Now, you may be asking the question, “Why are you supplying us these
scriptural references Tim?” Is there a point you wish to convey?” Indeed!
For these scriptures clearly define how God feels about humanity. And
if we can get this into our spirit that God at first had in mind what he
purposely created us for, then our understanding and present position on
personal ministry and kingdom advancement will radically change forever.
Instead of comparing humanity with our self-righteousness, doting about how
wonderful heaven is going to be, while pointing out the hell in all others, we
will adapt new approaches to harvest the nations under the governance and
administration of the Spirit. We will begin to see that our entire ministry
emphasis towards creation shall marvelously transform into a bold new dynamic,
demonstration, and divine destiny. God’s counsel will stand. He will do all of
his pleasure.
We shall understand clearer our position in the Spirit realm,
recognizing we are territorial spirits in the earth with, walking in the same
position that Christ is now in. 1 John 3:8; 4:4, 17; 5:4
With this in mind, the previously mentioned scriptures will help steer
your methods, motives, and mentalities with a view of restoration and
reconciliation, causing a stir of passion for the eternal presence of God, and
his expected end to draw mankind into the totality of his eternal purpose. From
this we can worship, pray, and preach differently, having in mind {or heart}
God’s perspective of the nations, and not merely our own. We would no longer
minister out of desperation and anxiety, but with the liberating influence of
the Spirit to bring a sovereign release to creation from bondage, captivity,
futility, and corruption. Instead of losing patience in the mandate to “GO YE
therefore” we would be quickened and energized by the eternal presence of the
Lord to walk in the substance and pure nature of our ascended head. Our beliefs
and our bodies would take on a substance that would retard the chronological
calculations of our human existence, being built to carry this new dimension of
corporate anointing! Romans 8:19-27
Like the three Hebrews in the midst of the fiery furnace, our bodies
would take on the same substance of the Father, for the Fourth Man is among us!
Hallelujah! 2 Corinthians 5:1-8

From the great Commotion to Great Commission:
The Great Commotion is simply carries the root meaning “MOTION” and the
Great Commission carries the root meaning, “MISSION.”
One implies disturbing or violent motion, whereas the other an
authorized commitment to perform a specific duty or task.
The word “commotion” is defined as “violent motion, turbulence, a noisy
rushing about, confusion, civil uprising, riot, and insurrection.”
From the overall meaning of “commotion” we see the inevitable course of
action the church at large now takes when referring to our corporate purpose
and position in the earth. Here, we sense a growing confusion of countless
believers who esteem the popular teachings of the 1800’s from such men as
Lucunza, Darby, Irving, Schofield, etc.
From this period we see the growing development of the exotic teachings
of “Dispensationalism,” a system of belief, which suggest the church is the
parenthetical plan of God, an interjection of information and explanation, or
an interlude to further support a statement already made. In this case, the
church is viewed as a prelude to the events to transpire strictly in the Middle
East. Meaning, the church as we know it is here only to make way for God’s real
program of the end time, which is Nationalism.
Further meaning, the church is believed to be inserted to help clarify
God’s original intentions, paving the way for the kingdom of God to be
headquartered in the Middle East.
According to Dispensation Mathematics, there will arise 144,000
Evangelists from afar who will win the world in a matter of days without the
indwelling of the Holy Spirit, than what the church could not do in 2000 years
with the Holy Spirit.
Need I remind you where this sort of thinking stems from?
Furthermore, this teaching has become the foundation and basis for
personal witnessing and kingdom advancement. From this, many ministries,
including mega-ministries has invested large sums of dollars into a scheme of
teaching that short cuts the corporate destiny of the church with best sellers
by prophecy expert & seminars for the end times. With this comes the idea
that we must win the world in a hurry before
it’s too late! We are supposedly
given a charge to win humanity over to God, while on the other end dread the
belief that the church can endure tribulation, tests, and trials of the worse
kind.
Since most churches eschatological beliefs cater to a nationalistic
agenda, the church is believed to be on a temporary assignment until national
Israel wakes up and smell the coffee. Right before this new cataclysmic dawning
and awakening of events for this glorious nation, we are
expected to take the next flight out of here since our mission on earth
has virtually ended.
15
What we have failed to consider
though, is that the church too, is the Israel of God, made
up of Jew and Gentile, bond and free, drinking into ONE SPIRIT according
to
1 Corinthians 12:13. And below, you can take a brief look at my
observations as an apostle. For the problem is simple, we have heard much about
the end times from pastors, teachers, and evangelists, and not enough from the
frequencies of the Spirit upon the apostles and prophets. This is why we must return to divine order
according to 1 Corinthians 12:28, “First Apostles, secondarily Prophets,
thirdly Teachers, afterwards Miracles…” Meaning, a real apostolic reformation
with signs following could easily had come decades ago in America {and abroad}
had we’d embraced and walked in the apostolic dimension. Helpful at least, it
came in spats and trickled down here and there.
10 simplified observations of reconciliation and restoration ministry
1 – With the power of
reconciliation and restoration, there can be global reformation. This can be
considered in part as the church recognizes the need for apostolic
reconfiguration. We want wholeheartedly to see the nations drawn into the glory
of the kingdom, but the church at large lack reformation in many vital areas.
One of these is present truth, or a divine upgrade of revelatory insight in its
purpose and destiny. 2 Peter 1:12; 1 John 2:7-8; 2 Corinthians 5:17-21
2 – With the power of
reconciliation and restoration, our methods, motives, and mentalities shall
take on a radical shift from the condemnatory posture of many leaders and
assemblies today. Instead of seeing the world through the eyes of our religious
system, we can begin to see many made whole through the power of God’s manifest
presence taking us from doctrine, demonstration and divine destiny. 1
Corinthians 2:2-4; 1 John 3:8;
3 – With the power of
reconciliation and restoration, we can corporately pray the mind of the Spirit
and intercede for the nations. Instead of damning everyone to hell for not
accepting Jesus according to our formula, we can join forces with the Holy
Spirit and pray the will of God over the nations, even of places where there
has never been a message preached or heard about the Lord Jesus Christ. In
this, we can pray the accurate plans of God for each sector of the earth.
Romans 8:26-27 {highest kind of intercession – according to God’s will}
4 – With the power of
reconciliation and restoration, we no longer have to flee the presence of the
Lord as did Jonah, evading to preach to the Nineveh’s God is sending us to.
Instead of holding to our particular opinions about the nations through neglect
in reaching them, we can penetrate through the prejudice fears of the nations and
see all of them the way God does. For in Mark chapter 8, the blind man healed
of Jesus simply saw men as trees or MINISTRIES! Hag. 2:7
5 – With the power of
reconciliation and restoration, we will see that we are called out of darkness
to go right back into it by the leading of the Holy Spirit. For it is not what
we are called out of, but to who we are called unto. As ministers of
reconciliation, we are empowered through Christ to penetrate and invade the
darkness, but that’s not all. We are given mandated authority not only to
ascend into the heights of heavenly places, but to descend into the lower
realms of darkness, places where self-righteous believers would never dare to
tread. Whether it be the most drug infested and crime ridden communities around,
or the most obnoxious sub-cultures of our day, we are to have the mind,
motives, and mobility of Christ to restore and to reconcile.
Psalms 16:10-11; 139:8 – If
you make your bed in Sheol, the Lord is there!
16
6 – With the power of reconciliation and restoration, Matthew
28:18-20 will take on a whole new meaning. Instead of us just hitting doors and
street corners through personal ministry alone, we will first return to the
simple yet profound truth that Jesus Christ is in all power NOW. This includes heaven,
earth, implying also the lower regions of darkness as well. For Colossians 2
confirms how Jesus Christ made an open spectacle of Satan, spoiling the works
of darkness and triumphing
over them in it. And beloved, we
will minister in all that he is, too. Eph. 4:8-10; Ps. 68:18
7 – With the power of
reconciliation and restoration, we shall consider God’s eternal purposes bigger
than one nation. We will renounce reversed racism, even the prejudice of the
church for being God’s vehicle of expression for this hour. We will no longer
esteem nationalistic pride as the heritage of the nations, nor pride ourselves
as only being here on earth to serve Middle Eastern causes. We will then see
that by adhering to doctrines which esteem one nation alone as God’s chosen
people while implying we are not, we create another form of racism by
denouncing what the saints are here for today. We will press beyond the borders
dispensational mathematics and self-styled prophecy experts, knowing Christ is
to become all in all. 1 Cor. 12:13; Acts 10:15
Ephesians
1:22-23; 2:13-18; 3:18-19; 4:3-6 {also Isaiah
14:25-26; Acts 1:8}
8 – With the power of
reconciliation and restoration, our way of living shall become infused with
fresh anointing and power. Our doctrines will no longer be our own, but of him
that has sent us. We shall no longer pitch our tents around a message only to
become a monument, but shall forge ahead into a divine movement of the Spirit.
We will move from revelation to divine revolution, even to the effect of socio-economic
change in the earth. For again, sound doctrine leads to demonstration through
the Spirit and demonstration leads to corporate destiny.
John 7:16; Deuteronomy 32:2;
2 Timothy 1:10 {immortality through the gospel}
9 – With the power of reconciliation
and restoration, we can leave the coming of the Lord issue in the hands of the
Father and occupy till Christ returns in the fullness. For many, the need to
leave the earth is rather intense, as the word “Rapture” really means “The
state of being carried away with great joy, overwhelming feeling absorbing the
mind.” It really isn’t a bad word. It appears to be the hope of many
Christians, but in all truth the scriptures hold to the foundational
understanding of the resurrection. According to Hebrews 6:1-2, the doctrine of
resurrection is the foundation of the church, not rapture. The coming of the
Lord and the appearing of Christ in the fullness is foundational, not the
disappearing of the church. Therefore, resurrection, not rapture {or rupture} will
change our emphasis from us to HIM. From our hurried notion to the
long-patience of the Husbandman and the precious fruit of the earth. {Early and
latter rain}
James 5:7; 1 Thessalonians
5:1-10; Ephesians 4:13; 1 Corinthians 15:25, 50-55
10 – With the power of
reconciliation and restoration, we will take on the very substance and pure
nature of our Lord to facilitate a new corporate anointing for corporate
destiny. From this, the glorious church shall become the glorified church,
living, moving, and having our very being in life of the Father. No longer
shall we ascribe worth to medical reports and mortality rates that predict our
decaying end, but we shall abound in the rivers of God according to Psalms
65:9. Through these rivers of life we shall be enriched, having abundant life
as confirmed in John 10:10, to the overflow. As the Father speaks, Christ
establishes, and the Holy Spirit produces, we can say as did Paul the apostle”
O death where is your sting? O grave {Hades} where is your victory?” 1 Corinthians
15:55; 2 Corinthians 5:1-8; Revelation 1:18; 22:2 Exodus 15:26;
Keep in mind the above aspects of ministry positions us to advance the
kingdom…
17
In a nutshell, what is our corporate mission on earth?
Our mission {or commission} begins with Genesis 1:3: “Then God said, Let there be light, and
there was light.”
This mission is confirmed with mankind in Genesis 1:28 below, and is
the administrative Spirit of Christ in headship over his body. In other words,
it is not exclusive to the ascension gifts of Ephesians 4:11-12, but is for all
saints. The ascension gift ministries may have a vital role of maturing the
saints into the headship and preeminence of Christ, but the key to corporate
unity in Psalms 133 is that the oil flows from the beard of Aaron {Christ} onto
the rest of his body. For in Christ are apostles, prophets, evangelists,
pastors, and teachers. His administrative Spirit is purposed for the expansion
of the kingdom through body ministry. As the saints are equipped and matured,
the five-fold ministry is swallowed up into the king-priest body ministry, a
ministry after the order of Melchisedec. This becomes a clear word for many as
we understand those gifts and callings are not only for the church, but are
postured and positioned in the Spirit for dominion in the earth. Every gift,
calling, anointing, etc. is for the bigger picture, planet earth!
Now Elohim is creative in nature. In all of Genesis chapter one, there
is no specific mention of any other natures of God but the Elohim, creator,
deity, one God with many natures. Elohim has breathed himself into Adam, red
man, ruddy, or earth, and has given him a five-fold charge through the
expressed image of his person. Again, it is more than likeness and appeal,
rather the very stuff God is. When you say we are made in the image of the
Elohim, we are given his creative nature, which is the power of the spoken
word. Like Romans 4:17, God through us is calling those things which are not as
though they were. Therefore, the creative rhema word is a proceeding and spoken
word from God. It is the enormous power of God within our tongue!
According to Hebrews 3:1, Jesus Christ is the apostle and high priest
of our profession or words. The Greek word for profession is “homologia,” the
same word and confession, which Jesus is speaking of the Father. We are saying
exactly what the Father is saying through the son. What we are doing is what we
see the Father doing. He is speaking through the Son, and by the Spirit the Son
is speaking through us. His confession is our confession. His words are our
words. His life is our life! God’s breath is assuredly within us. So for an
exercise, try inhaling and exhaling, and notice the sound you make during the
same. Most likely it will sound much like “YAH {inhale} and WEH {exhale}…Isn’t
that neat beloved?
Note below the five-fold charge of Adam as it relates to the ascension
gift ministries of Ephesians 4:11. Also note, that this administration of
Christ is Melchisedec in Spirit, bringing forth the fullness of the KING-PRIEST
ministry {or kingdom of priests} to advance the kingdom on earth. For again, we
are moving pass five-fold ministry to body ministry. We are advancing from the
planting of the Lord through Christ, into a number that John the revelator saw,
a number, which no man could count. It is taking us from the blade, the ear,
into the full corn of the ear. It is a corn of wheat that has died, and has
grown into a multiplicity of that same seed substance. It is a new seed crop
matured and harvested. It is Christ’s administration of Ephesians 4:11
multiplied in the corporate body. It is the seed coming forth in its due
season, or the fullness of time. Gen. 8:22

Commission
As stated earlier, the Great Commission with man began in Genesis 1:28,
although it confirms God’s creative endeavor in verse 3 of Genesis One. The
word “commission” is defined in Webster’s as “an authorization to perform
certain duties or tasks.”
Note how the five-fold charge of the Great Commission relates to
Ephesians 4:11
Bear in mind the diversity in nurturing and cultivating the seed of the
kingdom through the ascension ministries. For it stems from the dominion
mandate.
Apostle Prophet Evangelist Pastor Teacher
Fruitful Multiply Replenish Subdue Dominion
Plantation Germination Importation Cultivation Culmination
Impartation Activation Cross-pollination
Habitation
Affirmation
Commission Transmission Mission Submission Re-mission
Acquisition Intuition Transition Position Cognition
Note also how the Babylonian System opposes the ascension ministries of
Ephesians 4:11-16
According to Isaiah 14:13-14 {Read also John 10:1-16 of the false
five-fold ministry}
1 - I will ascend into heaven – opposes the apostle and third heaven
revelation {2 Corinthians. 12:1-4}
2 – I will exalt my throne above the stars of God – opposes
illumination of the prophet {Amos 3:7}
3 – I will sit upon the mount {place of control} of the congregation –
opposes the shepherd {John 10}
4 – I will ascend above the heights of the clouds – opposes the far
reaching evangelist {Acts 8}
5 – I will be like the most high – oppose the teacher that come from
the most high God {John 3:1-2}
By reviewing the five-fold charge given in the first great commission
of Genesis 1:28 with the ascension gift ministries of Ephesians 4:11-16 we can
get a bigger picture of the purposely-ordained ministries, gifts, and spiritual
operations of the body of Christ. From here we see that they are beneficial for
more than having church services, but are actually a growing part of the global
apostolic and kingdom advancement on planet earth.
Meaning, each of the ascension gift ministries, which flows out of the
headship of Christ perfects the saints for the 5-fold charge of the Great
Commission. And not only do we embrace the ascension ministries of Ephesians
4:11-16, but also the ministry of helps and the gifts of the Spirit, all
grouped and classified as the three main divine gifting in the church. 1 Cor.

Commission…continued
Since the root word for “Commission” is “Mission” we must examine for a
moment what exactly is the mission of the saints.
Well, let me say it like this…
Ever noticed how important it was for Nebuchadnezzer’s golden image to
be worshipped?
And whosoever fall not down
and worship {golden image} shall the same hour be cast into the midst of a
burning fiery furnace. Daniel 3:6 {also the whole chapter three of Daniel}
Ever noticed how Satan’s 3-fold temptation concludes by asking Jesus to
worship him?
And said {Tempter speaking}
unto him, All of these things will I give you, if you will fall {kneel} down
and worship me. Matthew 4:9 {ascribing worth to the enemy glorifies the enemy}
Ever noticed too, that God commissioned Adam to be the expressed image
of the Elohim in the earth, and through the first Great Commission God’s image
would cover the earth through DOMINION? {The principle of becoming whom you
ascribe worth to}
And God said, Let us make
man in our image, after our likeness: and let them {mankind} have dominion…So
God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him: male and
female created he them. Genesis 1:26-27
The word “image carries a number of meanings, including “to shade,
phantom, resemblance, {figurative – illusion}, and an idol.” But that’s not all
beloved!
Now, to get the best context and usage of this word, I’ve noticed that
the principle of image is directly connected with worship, or the ascribing of
worth to someone or thing.
The Philistines, Assyrians, Babylonians, and Egyptians all worshipped
images. The point is, whatever image you bear, you become an expression
{through identity} of that image. If you consider worship to God based on
failure, doom, and gloom, you are actually becoming a manifestation and product
of what you perceive God to be. If you reverence demonic strongholds over the
passion and presence of God, you may be giving yourself over to a tormentor mentality,
when in truth the believer’s walk is characterized more by abiding in Christ
than binding devils. In principle, you become what or whom you worship.
Considering the words of Jesus to Simon Peter,” Whom do you say I am?” {That’s
the big question beloved}- Matthew 16:15
Therefore, the worship of an image is the empowerment of that image
{Imagination}
So beloved, what is the object of your affection? What
is your devotion?
2 Corinthians 10:4-5; Isaiah 6:1; 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4; 1 Chronicles
21
20
If you perceive your life through the resurrected Lord Jesus Christ,
then you take on a new depth of ultimate victory through the undisputed
champion, Christ in you!
If you worship the beast {Man – the lower nature at its best,
minus the letter “A”}, you give power to the image to speak according to
Revelation 13:15-18. Yes, you can empower curses and live in a mindset of
failure, or empower the blessings of the Lord through worth unto God,
empowering his prosperity. {Psalms 91:16
Either way you look at it, the sixth day of creation yields the image
of God in man or the image of the beast. Romans 1:19-32 {Principles of the
glory of God corrupted}
Romans 3:23; Exodus 33:18; Isaiah 37:16; 1 Samuel 4:19-22 {Ichabod}
Therefore, the preceding image of God enables us to have dominion in
Genesis 1:26.
By ruling the earth through dominion, we discover three important
aspects of the latter rain.
1 – Latter Rain – the late
1940’s – 60’s {Hawtin, Hall, Branham, the Sharon Brethren {Canada}
This message and movement brought about a
new era of signs and wonders, including Oral Roberts, A.A. Allen, T.L. Osborne,
and many others. The earlier mentioned brethren are pioneers of the manifested
sons of God revelation, and some more or less the message of reconciliation, the
kingdom of God, etc.
2 – Latter Reign – the 70’s
and 80’s {Bill Britton, Earl Paulk, Kelly Varner, and others
This message and movement emphasized
sonship, the Melchisdec order or king-priest ministry, the glorious church,
ruling and reigning with Christ, and the kingdom of God. The emphasis moved
with a radical shift from rapture-mania to the church ruling and reigning in
the earth as a kingdom of priests. Exodus 19:5-6
3 – Latter Rein – the 1990’s
and 2000’s {too many names to mention here – smile}
This dimension of grace and glory carries
some of the names from the 80’s and a lot more. This would also include many
present truth Third Day ministries such as Kelley Varner, William Hinn, Mark
Hanby, Stacy Wood, Doug Fortune, and Clarice Fluitt. This realm flows out of
the first two, and has taken the church into a new apostolic frequency, into
the pure, unreserved, unrestrained, and unhindered life of the Lamb. In this
divine movement, no one minister stands alone to lay claim of the glory of the
Lord. No one doctrine or church emphasis carries the bulk of the glory. It is
simply the day of the Lord, the glory of the latter house!
From the Latter Rain of the 40’s – 60’s, the Latter Reign
of the 70’s and 80’s, and the Latter Rein {of the heart} of the 90’s and
beyond, the power movements are returning us back to the source of the power.
This is none other than the purity of the endless life of Christ. For a real
move of power comes through the pure nature of the Lordship of Jesus Christ. It
is the realm of the Lord who has sanctified his priesthood. It is life in the
one who is the Lord of the Sabbath. It is the high priest of the beginning of
the Feast of Tabernacles, which is the Blowing of the Trumpets followed by the
Day of Atonement. It is the Lord’s Holiness and not our own. It is
conviction versus condemnation. It is an abiding
intimacy of His rest versus a work’s mentality.
Therefore, dominion over the earth first begins with our earthen
vessels. We bear the image of
The heavenly man, the last Adam, the quickening Spirit. 1 Corinthians
15:39-49; Genesis 1:26
21
As we stop in this chapter, let’s make a brief contrast between
Confusion {Commotion} and the Great Commission. Let’s consider what it is that
many believers hold dear to, and what the Father has purposed in his steadfast
counsel all along.
Great Commotion Great Commission
Rapture-mania, the sky is
falling {Chicken Little}
Let them have Dominion…
Anti-Christ is coming to
town The Earth is the Lord’s
We are not the chosen
nation We are a
chosen generation
Satan is alive and well on
planet earth To hell with the Devil
We must win the world before
it’s too late
We must advance the kingdom
Life viewed through alarming
world news reports Whatever can’t be shaken remains
The future scares me. Get me
out of here! Declare the end from beginning
Global End time evacuation Global Apostolic reformation
The world is getting worse,
O no! The increase of God’s government
This is a terrible world we
live in This is a glorious day we live in
So, what’s your emphasis, doom, boom, gloom, zoom,
or the glorious bloom?
What are you given for, to stay saved in your local church {caveman
gospel}, or to penetrate and invade your sphere of activity with the power and
glory of the kingdom? Ps 145:10-13; Rom. 8:19
Are you here to fit, or to change things in this world?
Okay, here’s
the deal…
The Great
Commission is the Global Apostolic Kingdom emphasis of harvesting and
discipling the nations through a new corporate dynamic of witnessing and
ministry. It is not inclined to the old order methods and mentalities of
winning the world before it’s too late, nor is it conscience of evacuation for
fear of satanic opposition. But the Great Commission is God’s sovereign will
for the whole earth, and not one slither of it. It is a new sound based on Amos
9:11 and Acts 15:16, the Tabernacle of David that shall draw in people from all
nations. It is worship and evangelization coupled together to produce after its
kind. It is the apostle and prophet in oneness of purpose with an offspring or
prodigy of super-witness, a realm and dimension of grace and glory that shall
cover the whole earth, including islands and vast seas. For it is global and
corporate destiny!
22
Global Apostolic Kingdom ministry is God’s invasion
of the oppressive and deceptive worldly system through a people of his passion
and purpose.
It is not intended to point the finger, but to
extend the hand to serve in the courts of Babylon without compromise. It is a
new breed of witness and ministry that may appear to some as a lowering of
standards and morals, but assuredly it is not the case at all.
For this new dimension of corporate witness shall
change the world through serving, for that’s what Jesus came to do. Instead of
assemblies insisting on the world to step in through the front doors of their
limited existence called church, the saints shall step out of its comforts and
become like Daniel and Joseph, statesmen prophets to their given regions. This
Joseph-Daniel Company shall prosper among the governmental systems of this world
with a word to bring clarity and accuracy to many kings and nobles.
Yes beloved, there is an invasion going. God is
invading our so-called privacy including the chambers of imagery {the mind,
soul realm}…Ezekiel 8th chapter
He is invading our concepts and foundational
principles, our rudimentary thinking and way of living. For in order for Him to
become ALL-in-ALL, he will shake all nations, including our imaginations,
denominations, inclinations, etc.
He is invading our assemblies, taking us from a revival
or second day mentality to reformation
of the Third Day ministry. He is killing and healing us on the first day,
reviving us on the second, and raising us up to live in his sight on the third
day.
Hosea 6:1-2;
Acts 3:19, 21 {Can you serve a God this big?}
O the process, beloved! The process of becoming His
life in the earth!
Even the process of moving pass the foundational
concepts of the holy place into the reality of the holy of holies can be rather
challenging indeed. For consider this, 30-fold is the outer court, 60-fold is
the holy place, and 100-fold is the glory of the holy of holies. If you
subtract 60 from 100 you have 40 remaining. The number 40 is symbolic of
testing, and there is a test beloved as we enter into the third day revelation
and ministry of Christ. Also, 40 is believed by many scholars to be likened to
a generation. If this is so, then pressing through process from the holy place
to the most holy place will produce a new generation of saints, even the
generation that seeks the Lord. Psalms 24:6
Meaning, our understanding is progressively changing
from one dimension of grace and glory to another. For in this hour of apostolic
and corporate destiny, the church is being steered toward a global mentality, a
view that shakes off the limited mentalities of our forefathers, to becoming
possessors and world changers, a people of the King’s Domain. We are praying,
prophesying, preaching, teaching, and re-strategizing our
positions through the endless life of our King and
Priest, the Lord Jesus Christ. We are taking new territory in the Spirit and in
the natural, declaring the earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, the
world and they that dwell therein. We are not afraid of the term
“Globalization,” for God is working all things out
after the counsel of his own will.
Satan is not in charge, nor ever will be. But the
Lord is in control, as always!
23
As an apostle I look forward to breaking
bread with world known Rappers, Politicians, stockbrokers, Actors, Pulitzer
Prize winners, and Comedians, for the purpose of being a light and life to our
{re} generation. Though we are not here to get greedy and water-down our
expression of the gospel of the kingdom, we are given to become all things to
all men that we might win some. Genesis
39:1-6; 41:39-44; Daniel 1:7-8; 2:48; 3:29-30; 6:3, 28; Matthew 9:10-13
I look forward in seeing the legalistic and
self-righteous church system closing the doors of their religious order,
repenting, and turning their heart toward the Father for fresh instructions on
what it really means to be a light to humanity. And to be perfectly honest
here, I sincerely hope that some of those same so-called church doors would
remain closed, if you hear my heart through the voice of the Holy Spirit. For
what we call church could possibly be a direct violation of the Spirit. The
Spirit of the Living God may want to do a new thing altogether, as oppose to
pouring new wine into old wineskins. {Oops, there goes the wine!}
As an apostle, husband, father, and productive citizen
of society, my hearts desire is INVASION over EVACUATION. The church of the
Lord Jesus Christ must break through these dividing walls of religiosity,
denominationalism, nationalism, racism, and other obvious extremes. We are sent
into the earth through the corporate anointing of the apostello and apostolos,
with the pioneering mission grace to penetrate Babylon, and to establishing the
rule and reign of Christ through RELATIONSHIP EVANGELIZATION. Relationship
Evangelization is heart to heart, one-on-one, personal ministry. Relationship
Evangelization acknowledges the proclamation of the gospel with explanation and
the gospel. It is the continuing mission of the Great Commission found in
Genesis 1:28. It is Jesus Personified beyond the first contact through tracts,
media, and door to door witnessing. It is serving others through the four-fold
command of Jesus, which is to 1- love, 2-
bless, 3- do good, and 4- pray.
You can find this principle in Matthew 5:44 of the
Sermon on the Mount.
Now, Relationship Evangelization will not always
begin with “YOU NEED JESUS, NOW!” But Relationship Evangelization will reach
the nations on a more personal level. For there is diversity in evangelization,
and evangelization is distinct from evangelism. Evangelism carries the suffix
“ism,” a belief in, without action. On the other hand, the suffix “ion” denotes
action, and is closely associated with the dominion mandate or Great
Commission. {Global Mentality}
With this in mind, we need to change our emphasis of
being just an Evangelistic church to evangelization through the apostolic
realm. For it is the apostolic, which brings the revelation and revolution of
what our mission on earth is. It is through the apostolos and apostello that we
clearly define our position on earth, with a specific mission, message, and
ministry to establish others in their purpose and divine destiny. Meaning, we
can evangelize the nations through pioneering apostolic grace, taking others
from salvation, anointing, to adoption. For Jesus did not preach Jesus, but he
did preach the gospel of the kingdom. His message and ministry would cause men
to receive the kingdom and to release the kingdom. {Matthew 5-7}
Therefore, a new level of witness and ministry is
taking place among the nations. The Spirit of the Living God is restoring us
back to dominion, as the saints move pass the old order concept of what church
claims to be, into a king-priest dimension that will change our world for
destiny. For the king-priest ministry is what God originally purposed and
positioned for Israel of old, to become a kingdom of priest unlike any nation,
to become the standard for the nations. Exodus 19:5-6 1 Peter 2:5, 9;
Revelation 1:5-6; 5:10; Hebrews 5-7. Though the instrument has changed, God’s
eternal purpose is the same, from glory to glory…2 Corinthians 3:18
So let us enter now into a bold new destiny, seeing
our world reshaped and realigned under the auspices of Christ’s triumphal
reign, and the administration of the Spirit. Let us move ahead as the kingdom
of priests, possessors of heaven {priest} and earth {king}…Melchisedec order…
