Chapter Three
Corporate Expression of God’s Purpose
More than a Statement of Faith
To everything there is a
season, and a time to every purpose {happening, activity} under the heaven.
Proverbs 3:1
Without counsel purposes are
disappointed {frustrated}: but in the multitude of counselors they are
established. Proverbs 15:22
Every purpose is established
by counsel {deliberation, consultation, guidance}…Proverbs 20:18
This is the purpose that is
purposed upon the whole earth – the plan of God, one plan in the heavens and
the earth – universe {one-verse, one saying, one message} – Isaiah 14:26
…That the purpose of God
according to election {Divine selection} might stand, not of works, but of him
that calls {us}. Romans 9:11 – Romans 4:17; 8:28…called according to His
purpose
In whom also we have an
inheritance, being predestinated {pre-destiny} according to the purpose of him
who works all things after the counsel of his own will. Ephesians 1:11
According to the eternal
purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord: Ephesians 3:11
For this purpose the Son of
God was manifested {Romans 8:19}, that he might destroy the works of the devil
– the diabolos, the diabolical one – {dia, across, bolos, to throw} 1 John 3:8
Over the years much has been said concerning purpose. Unfortunately,
some leaders ministered on purpose at the exclusion of destiny. The idea was to
understand purpose in everything, but that within itself did not necessarily
fuel us for our destiny. For one thing, purpose became a major teaching across
the body of Christ. Much support {tangible and intangible} was given in this
direction, seeing only a select few were considered the pioneers of this
breakthrough teaching.
All over America and around the world, people had become reacquainted
and established in purpose. Still, in all of these noble endeavors to abreast
believers in purpose, there was a divine tremor in the universal church to
passionately pursue their God-given destiny.
To begin with, everything does not have destiny, although it may have a
purpose. Our home, cars, and clothes all have purpose, but not destiny. When
Theresa and me taught this principle in the early 80's, it didn’t appear to be
as well received as it is today. As purpose teaching became more evident
throughout the body of Christ, our heart was flooded with light to declare the
end from the beginning. The Father had purposed us to re-pioneer the Ancient of
Days, taking the teaching of purpose into another level of destiny. To this day,
we are seeing the evidence of the Spirit of

God to bring the church from Visitation to Habitation, from Moses’
Tabernacle to Solomon’s Temple, from conception to perfection, and from the
cross to the throne.
As mentioned a moment ago, everything does not have destiny, but we do.
When Elohim breathed into man the breath of life, or when the Spirit of God hit
the clay shell of Adam, he produced a living being, one created with a definite
purpose and a divine destiny.
Though this chapter deals with Corporate Purpose and Identity, it
nevertheless acknowledges destiny in everyone. It recognizes assuredly how each
believer is purposed to fulfill their destiny through the understanding of
purpose. For purpose with destiny is the meaning of life on
earth. No, not purpose alone, for purpose without destiny is like having no
real purpose and meaning at all. And of course I am referring to saints here.
In fact, if you chose not to walk in your purpose for the fulfillment of divine
destiny, it is like being on earth illegally. For what is life if there is no
meaning of purpose and the pursuit of fulfilling God’s destiny plan in you?
Why, it is like not living at all, merely existing as a human, but not as the
expressed image of the Elohim.
Purpose along with other important “P’s”
The church local and universal is given a specific purpose. On a more
individual basis, saints too, are purposed with a purpose. From the original
Great Commission or Dominion Mandate of Genesis 1:26-28 to the Isaiah 46:10-11
and beyond, purpose is specific and tailor-made. As a local church, you do not
begin with a statement of faith, but with a statement of purpose. Your purpose
is what gives you a vision for ministry. For a vision is more than a dream. It
is that which gets you to bed late at night only to arise early in the morning.
It is a revelation, a divine drive that launches you forth into acquisition of
bold new territory, seizing moments and opportunities. It is something you and
the Father mutually reciprocate. It is another way of saying you and the Father
are on the very same page. It’s a flow and not a frustration. It is walking in
the rest of God.
Let’s begin by briefly examining important “P’s” for the fulfilling of
your purpose.
Purpose: In an overview of Hebrew and Greek, purpose is planning, advice,
counsel, a matter, intention, to deliberate, a setting forth, and a proposal.
The term “purposed” is seen in the Hebrew word “Yatsar,” recorded in Isaiah
46:11. Here, Yatsar means “to mould into a form, especially as a potter, to
fashion, frame, and make.” It also implies the idea of squeezing you into
shape, a word which suggest “to be narrow, to press, to be in distressed,
strait, and vexed.”
This is not the devil as often taught by many, but the hand of the Lord
at work. It is the Lord molding, making, and squeezing us into shape for the
fulfillment of our destiny. Is. 45:7
Promise: A promise is a pledge, a guarantee, or something to be done. In God’s
point of view, a promise {His, that is} is Yeah and Amen. Therefore, purpose
reveals through promise that God wants to bring to past every word that he has
spoken over your life, and that he is faithful to do it.
Potential: In the fulfillment of your purpose for as a
dynamic and divine destiny, the word potential comes to mind. Potential is
potency, the unrealized and latent power within you. We have this because of
the staggering truth that God is the Potentate, a God full of power.
Unfortunately, many saints are impotent, limped over with their vision toward
the ground. However, God wants to refresh and restore you in your hidden
potential: 1st Timothy. 6:15

In you he see a man within the
man, a city within the city, a nation within the nation, and the deeper meaning
of who you really are. For Jacob was created, but Israel was formed. Within you
is the discovery of what you are becoming. You are becoming what you really
are! Isaiah 43:1
Each saint is likened to a wheel. This wheel contains a wheel in the
middle of the wheel. Like Ezekiel’s unfolding vision, there is an emerging of a
four-faced ministry, an unveiling of the Christ within you. There is the
emerging of a new person from the rubbish, ashes, and debris of the slain
carnal man. This emerging is also an emergency, something seriously important.
This emergency requires total attention right then and right now. Ezekiel 1, 10
One time you may have been stubborn {born out of a stub}, but now you
are like Aaron’s rod that buds {contained within the Ark of the most holy place}.
There is life emanating from within you.
Now, the Father is speaking to the seed within you. For that seed is
himself. He is ministering to your potential, even through adversity. He is
ministering to your potency through things that may even appear to be the
devil. For the truth is, God will use whatever he chooses to bring about his
purpose in you. Whether negative or positive, God is mightily at work within
his people.
Process: Process is a subject that carries mixed views among many. For one thing,
it is believed that experience is the best teacher, but not in everything. For
I don’t need to know what it’s like to have an accident by crashing our cars
into a wall. I don’t need to sleep with a harlot to suddenly say, “Been there
and done that!” No! In fact, there are some things you will never need to
experience. That’s right beloved, in some things God will process us, and I did
say some. For the principle is not about being processed alone, but for what.
But Tim, what is the purpose of it?
I’m glad you asked. For whatever you are purposed for, there shall
arise a series and sequence of events in your life to perfect or mature you in
your divine purpose. Whether negative or positive, God is going to bring to
pass his predetermined counsel through you, one way or another. You don’t have
to like it, but you certainly can’t deny it. He will squeeze you into shape
until you are processed enough to fulfill what you have been purposed for. Like
the tube of toothpaste in your restroom, from the bottom up, whatever is in the
tube is coming out. Like John on the isle of Patmos, you may feel like your
dying, but God is squeezing the best juice from your fruit.
Let’s face it, two people living next door to one another apply for the
same job, the same make and model car, the same set of clothes in the
department store, and the same set of furniture for their new homes. For some
reason, favor appears to be granted to one over the other in certain things. It
appears that one person is getting all of the lucky breaks {We’re not lucky,
just Blessed} while the other is mad as hell over his present misfortune. For
one thing, no two persons will respond alike to similar or different
situations. Also, it could be an indicator for developing patience and endurance
in one thing, while developing joy for another person’s happiness.
Make no mistake about it, God is not the blame for your demise. It
simply appears that we need an adjustment in the attitude of our heart. For our
attitude determines our altitude. Our attitude ought to become the Beatitude.
And the Beatitude is another way of having a Blessed Attitude.
In the overview, process has a way of working things out of us while
working God’s character in us. For when it comes to prosperity and wealth, one
person can have the wisdom of God to steward properly, while the other person
wastes his goods. For some it is a lack of cash, for others it is a lack of
control. Therefore, divine process is a preparatory process of development.

There are things that the Father is preparing us for, and he knows just
what we need to bring about his character in us. We need to get the bigger
picture of God’s scheme of things instead of complaining why we are still in
the mess we are in. Perhaps some fail to appropriate certain kingdom principles
over their life. Maybe we are not as thankful to God and others as we could be.
Nevertheless, divine process is important in preparation before presentation.
For Abram was not going to be a father of many nations, but Abraham was. Abram
became Abraham and Sarai became Sarah. Their change of name became their change
of nature. Like Abraham, he was a made man; made {processed} a father of a
multitude. {O, the making and shaping beloved!}

“W’s” of the process
From the process of servant to son, there are some important
considerations given below. These are very brief, as we have taught them
extensively over the years.
1 –
The Word of God: We need the proceeding word of the Lord that concerns us. 2
Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:19
2 –
The Will of God: God has a specific tailor-made plan for your life. Romans
12:2; 1 John 5:14-15; Ephesians 5:17
3 –
The Way of God: God’s way in every way - John 14:6; Proverbs 14:12; 16:25;
Isaiah 55:8-9; Dt. 10:12; Ps. 25:4
4 –
The Wisdom of God: Christ is the Wisdom of God. Wisdom builds the house. Wisdom
is the principal thing. 1 Corinthians 1:24
5 –
The Wheel {Will} of God: This is the delicate shaping of the clay with the
potter. This is the Potter’s house. Isaiah 64:8; Galatians 4:19; Isaiah 43:1; 1
Peter 5:10
P.I.T. {People, Persons, or Prophets in Training}: Genesis chapter
37-41 reveals the test and testimony of Joseph. Joseph was the son of Jacob
{Israel’s} old age. Jacob had loved Joseph more than all of his children.
Joseph was made a coat of many colors, a mark of honor and rank. This royal
priestly coat, along with Joseph’s obvious exaltation, infuriated his brothers.
In verses 4, 11, and 18-28 of the 37th chapter of Genesis, Joseph’s
brothers exhibited some bitter hostility towards him. It is found to be
three-fold: note below…
Verse 4 – Joseph’s brothers began to hate him…{30-fold}
Verse 11 – Joseph’s brother began to envy him…{60-fold}
Verses 18-28 – Joseph’s brothers conspired to kill him…{100-fold}
From false accusation to relocation in prison, Joseph
endured the P.I.T. Now the P.I.T. does not have to be the selfsame experience,
as with Joseph, but believe me, you will come to know the Lord of the P.I.T.
When you make your bed in hell, God is there, for he will not suffer his holy
one to see corruption. God is faithful to the heights of heaven and to the
lowest of valleys. In conclusion here, Joseph {whose name means “may God add or
augment – increase”} went from the P.I.T. to the palace {if you will}. For
promotion comes from the Lord.
Please note that process is not punishment! The storm was made with you
in mind! Smile…

Promotion: Promotion in the purest sense comes from the Lord.
It is defined in the Hebrew as “to be high, to rise, and to raise.” There is
always a season for promotion. Is it your season or not? Nevertheless, to be
delayed does not mean you are being denied. Psalms 27:14; 75:6-7; Pr. 3:6
Prosperity: Prosperity is the nature of Yeshua in Psalms
91:16. For with long life he promises to satisfy us, and to show us his
salvation {prosperity, healing, wealth, deliverance, peace, etc.}
According to Psalms 118:25, God sends prosperity. Prosperity in the
Hebrew here is defined as
“to push forward, to advance, and to break out.” It comes from a word
meaning, “to go over.”
Posterity: This here is the principle of descendants coming
forth from your loins, the inheritance and blessing of the Lord from now on.
Posterior has to do with what’s to come later, after, or subsequent to
everything God is now speaking to you. It is succession, the order coming forth
after you {or from you}. It is the succeeding generation {or regeneration},
your future marvelously unfolding before you. It is Job’s allotted end, the
very goodness of the Lord. It is Jacob’s anointing, prosperity for his whole
family. It is the Abrahamic anointing, his seed being blessed throughout the
earth. It is Jesus multiplied through you, with every turn becoming your
glorious destiny. It is the glory of the latter house, and the end of the Lord.
James 5:11
With these “P’s” consider also “Prayer,
your Position {in the Spirit}, and your Place in God.”
Corporate Purpose
In the corporate anointing, God is bringing about a marvelous infusion
of destiny-oriented dimensions of grace for his people. From the home or family
to the family of God, corporate purpose is fueling us for rocket launching
destiny, breaking barriers and spheres of existence that formed our behavior
and way of thinking in old order past. Thank God for his purpose in us!
Now, purpose for mankind was realized in Genesis 1:26-28, as God
mandated us to take dominion through the sphere of grace and glory he has given
us. For in all of this dominion stuff, we are to still abide in our measure of
rule, our limited portion, degree, or boundary set before us. This does not
breed a mindset of reluctance towards kingdom advancement. Rather, it puts
things into perspective. For all are not called to walk in the grace of
America’s most highly influential pastors. All are not given the anointing,
authority, or agenda to sponsor “Women Thou Art Loosed” conferences. All don’t
function in the grace to give millions to help feed the poor.
Therefore, when we say measure of rule, it implies safety from
ourselves. It distinguishes the level of grace that is now upon us in respect
to the new levels of grace God has for us. It is limited in that we can’t
assume to function in everything. Ephesians 4:7: 2
Corinthians 10:12-18
In the Old Testament, God’s dealings with
Israel and Judah were corporate. Their annual atonement was corporate. God’s
voice for his people to gather at the tent or Tabernacle of the Congregation
was corporate. In fact, the Lord would even judge a whole nation because of a
few. Whether it was a sin issue, it became corporate in his dealings. If it
were the journeying of the camps it was corporate in his design. If it were the
setting of divine statutes and precepts, it was corporate. For God is a
corporate dealing God!
When the Lord spoke to {and through his appointed leaders of old, it
became beneficial to the whole assembly {Israel} as well. It became the word
for the entire nation.

In many places today, a leader
of an assembly gets revelation of the church, or a prophetic word for a new
destiny, and keeps the whole thing to him or her alone.
True, there are some things not lawful to be uttered, and there is a
matter of timing, patience, wisdom, and maturity for what we convey to others.
But for a lot of church leaders they keep to themselves what God is willing to
become corporate in their midst.
A good example is when a number of traditional Southern, National, and
Missionary Baptists pastors receive the baptism in the Holy Ghost. {Now that’s
what I call a Baptist}
What happens is that the anointing on the beard of Aaron remains on the
beard, as fear for losing control is inevitable. For some ministers, it is to
become a hush thing after receiving the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. No one is
to know what’s going on in their life, especially the deacon bored.
So years passes by, while the congregation enjoys the same old thing
over and over. The leadership of the church now continues to be a private
recipient of the Holy Ghost baptism. He dare not share his experience with
others, or out he goes. But somehow, members of the assembly begin picking up
on the way he now ministers his sermons. Before then, he preached sermonettes
to Christianettes whose spiritual diet was Raisinettes. Now, there is the power
of the word and Spirit, and the board {bored} suspects foul play. “Mr. Pastor,
did I hear you speaking in tongues in your study last week? Says the BORED!”
Why of course not! Says Mr. Pastor.” I was clearing phlegm from my throat! You
know, I have a cold!” {No, but that is a cold statement, pastor}
Beloved, what you have just witnessed here is a typical example of many
leaders across the Nations, who would rather enjoy the comfort and ease of
their rocking chairs {pulpits}, instead of facing the music. {Now, the pulpit
is not a problem, but the politics and musical chairs is}
So, it’s time for change beloved, not alone in the pastor’s study, but
upon the whole assembly!
For if it is good enough for the senior pastor, it’s good enough for
the whole church. If the local leaders received fresh fire and bold new grace,
then God is after the whole assembly, too.
Therefore, God’s plan of action is to get this over into the corporate
anointing. If he redeemed you from your past shame Mr. Bishop, don’t you think
he wants the same for your assembly, too?
Israel, a kingdom of priests unto God
Israel the nation had a corporate purpose for her destiny. According to
Exodus 19:5-6, Israel’s corporate purpose was the same principle for the church
in the New Testament. Note below…
Now therefore, if you will
obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then you shall be a peculiar
{special} treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine. And you
shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and a holy nation. These are the words,
which you shall speak unto the children of Israel. Exodus 19:5-6 {compare to 1st
Peter 2:9}
The condition was for Israel to keep the
covenant of the Lord. In this, Israel would become a special treasure unto the
Lord above all nations. For God was calling for a standard, and not another
trend. Trends fade abruptly, along with the fashions of this age. But not godly
standards!

Like hairdos, motion pictures, lyrics, and other contemporary
components of this age, they simply pass away. Now please take note of the
scriptures below…
Whose voice then shook the earth:
but now he has promised, saying, yet once more I shake not the earth only, but
also heaven. And this word, yet once more, signifies the removing of those
things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things, which
cannot be shaken, may remain. Wherefore we receiving a kingdom, which cannot be
moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence
and godly fear. For our God is a consuming fire.
Hebrews 12:26-29
And the world passes away,
and the lust {desire} thereof; but he that does the will of God abides forever.
1st John 2:17 {Read also John 4:32, 34}
As seen from these scriptures, the worldly system is shakable and is
passing away. To build on the distorted principles of this chaotic system, or
to adhere to its deceitful values, is an indicator that many are becoming more
worldly and trendy. Without the excellent standard of the glorious church, we
become like Eli, a man of transition whose eyes got dim for failure to be the
standard of God for his people. With his sons out of control, and the temple
being desecrated by their actions, the lamp of God went out of the temple as
indication of the problem not being in the community surrounding them, but in
the very place we call the house of God.
For Eli represents compromise, as transition was inevitable from Eli’s
house to Samuel. But beloved, even here, we find another transition of
leadership from Samuel to Saul. For it appears obvious that the nation of
Israel no longer wanted to abound in their present position at that time.
Instead, they wanted a king like the heathen nations, simply doing what other denominations were cut out to do.
Thus, the third transition came from Saul to David. Note below these
observations.

Now, back to Corporate Purpose
From review of several scriptures, Israel’s purpose was God’s purpose
for the church today, to become a radiant expression of his glory above all
nations. According to Isaiah 2:2, all nations are to come to the mount of the
Lord, from every tribe, kindred, and tongue. The same is expressed in the book
of Revelation. God is calling forth the nations into his assembly, the church.
And I strongly believe that a lot of saints aren’t ready for this end time
influx of the nations. For one reason, we’ve become so religious and churchy. We want _____ but not
the church of the Lord.

Referring back to Exodus 19:5-6, the Lord
acknowledged beautifully Israel as his special treasure. They were to be a kingdom
of priests unlike any nation of the world. But in 1st Samuel chapter
8, Israel took a turn for the worse, compromising their position by rejecting
God as their invisible King for a leader of their own conjecture. They wanted
to keep up with the times by having a king like other nations. Like the
children of Israel who became unthankful for their daily manna {What is it?}
from the Lord, preferring buzzard meat instead, this same behavior surfaced
towards their preferred want of a king of head and shoulders, perhaps a cut
above the rest, if you will…1 Samuel 9:2
Now, Samuel was getting up there in age and wanted to make his sons
judges over Israel. When Samuel’s sons did not walk in his ways, turning aside
after lucre, taking bribes, and perverting judgments, the elders gathered
together with Samuel in Ramah and demanded some considerable changes in the way
Israel was to be run as a nation. 1 Samuel 8:1-6:
Act 13:19-21: Luke 19:12-14
This same approach is not much
different than many today that take counsel against God for what they want in
reigning leadership. They feel that the senior minister is getting old, or that
it’s time for some drastic changes. They decide what is best in their economy
and scheme of things, forgetting that God may have begun to do a new paradigm
shift altogether. Instead of getting the mind of the Lord through corporate
prayer, they react to the present or prevailing conditions involving their
nation. They feel they must venture out to secure their interest by deciding
what is best for the nation. Of course the real deal behind their consideration
for a king was that they had already rejected God, that he should not reign
over them. In the purest sense, what seem to be an innocent request turned out
to be a hidden agenda. Psalms 2:1-4 {Imagining a vain thing}
That is why we need leadership that prays the mind of the Spirit, and
hears the voice of God. And we should not let corporate issues dictate the best
leadership needed. We need the discernment of spirits, the
judgment and the counsel of the Lord to exercise godly wisdom amid the changes
of the corporate anointing. Now take note of the reactionary statements many
make when it comes to change in the corporate life of the ekklesia or the
kahal-Jehovah…Note below…
…Moses
{our senior minister} has been delayed. Let’s substitute his leadership for
something else, for he’s taking too long to come down from the mount…Exodus 32nd
chapter
Hidden agenda – The people stopped trusting
the Lord in Moses’ leadership. They murmured and complained, and became
impatient among other things…Psalms 106 confirms the real story behind this
rebellion. 1 Cor. 10:1-10
…Give
us a king like other nations. After all you’re getting old and we’re really
tired of hearing from you. It’s time for some new blood around here. We really
want to be like the other heathen nations…1 Samuel 8
Hidden agenda - The elders grew weary of Samuel’s old age and administration.
However, this was a smoke screen, for the Lord said the real reason for wanting
a king is that they rejected him from reigning over them. The Lord spoke with
Samuel that the people had forsaken their God for other gods, even after
delivering them from out of Egypt.
Samuel now shows the people the kind of king that should rule over
them. From verses 9-18 of chapter 8, Samuel describes this king as a
self-willed man, a manipulator, and a taker instead of a giver. For driven and
compulsive lust takes, but true agape love gives. Six times does Samuel allude
to this self-willed king as a taker. For the number 6 is the number of man, and
we can draw a number of kingdom principles of man and the beast created on the
sixth day. {Genesis 1} Also, Saul is another way of saying {SOUL}, a leader
dominated by the lower life. John 12:25…
For if Israel ignores her purpose, she moves
from representation to substitution. Romans 1:21-23

Corporate purpose: More than
just a statement of faith…
Revelation 1:5-6 speaks of the saints made kings and priests by the
blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. In chapter 5:10 of Revelation, the scriptures
declare the same, affirming too, that we shall reign in the earth {as kings and
priests – a kingdom of priests: Exodus 19:5-6; 1 Peter 2:9}…
It is interesting to note how the king-priest {or kingdom of priests}
principle is finely interwoven throughout the Holy Scriptures. For the
king-priest dimension is what the saints have all been purposed for. Out of
this flows gifts, callings, purposes, ministries, and destinies. Whether
5-fold, 4-fold, 1-fold, or feeling like you are folding under, God is
positioning and repositioning his people in the place to flow out of the
anointing from the beard of our heavenly Aaron {Jesus Christ}, and his
appointed ministries. {Ephesians 4:11-12; 1st Corinthians 12:28}
Now, Corporate Purpose is not about having a traditional statement of
faith, but corporate purpose is the expression of what you have been given for
in the earth, your region, and locality. For the majority of faith statements
tell you what a church or organization believes. But to be truthful on the
matter, it does not tell you what their purpose & destiny is. If you would
ask the majority of pastors to place on one side their statement of faith, and
on the other side their statement of purpose, you may find in many cases a
definite conflict of interests.
For one thing, most statements of faith possess a lot of religious
jargon as to what they believe. A lot of it is the same as the guy down the
street, with a variation or two. Much of what they believe is based on
doctrines and theology. These doctrines and theological positions are more like
death sentences and certificates, and this is where many of these ministries
ended. For basic institutionalized theology does not reveal the Father, it only
talks about him. Jesus never talked about the Father, but came to reveal him.
The church is not to talk about Jesus, but to reveal him. That is the
difference between your faith versus HIS Faith, your present position versus
HIS present position. Either what you believe and do reveals the body of Christ
or antichrist.
Why do the heathen rage, and
the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the
rulers take counsel together against the Lord, and against his anointed {Christ
the head, and Christ the body: the inseparable oneness of Christ}…Psalms 2:1-2
I liken the heathen here to the many religious systems throughout the
church. This would include any organizing effort set up to reject
administrative change in the Spirit. Here, it can range from a Denomination,
Non-Denominational Denomination, Domination, to a Demon-ation.
The raging heathen here is Christendom, Ecumenical madness, and any
other order, which oppose the Headship of Christ over his Body. It is the high
thing that exalts itself against the intimate knowledge of God. It is King
Uzziah enthroned on the hearts of men. It is the man of sin in the Naos. It is
the babbling of Babylon, envy, strife, confusion, and every evil work.
Revelation 18

And he opened his mouth in
blasphemy against GOD, to blaspheme his NAME, and his TABERNACLE, and THEM that
dwell in heaven. Revelation 13:6
Furthermore, the rage of Babylonian counsel against God and his ANOINTED
is seen in the above scripture. This is nothing but the BEAST, the lower nature
of man on the sixth day.
For when we refuse to walk in the expressed image of the Elohim we walk
in

the image of the beast. When we fall short of the glory of God, we are
not walking in the sphere of the Spirit created for his glory. What can
possibly happen here is, we change {pervert} the glory of the incorruptible God
into an image made like corruptible man, birds, four-footed beasts, and
creeping things. Romans 1:21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31,
32…{Romans 3:23}
Like the Ark of his presence that was reversed from the shoulders of
the priests to the Philistine system of four-footed beasts: though recaptured
or reclaimed by David and his people, the system was still wrong. For it was
carried on a cart, from the higher nature {Isaiah 9:6} above, to the lower
nature below {four-footed beasts and creeping things}, from man walking in the
upright posture of God’s image to the relegating of His glory supported by
beasts. {Lower realm}…
Discovering the Foundation
Throughout the earth, there’s whole lot of
church going on. From Sunday school, Discipleship Training, New Members Class,
Worship Rehearsal, to the Grand Daddy of it all, the worship, praise, giving,
and the word – church can easily miss the point of what we have been purposed
for at large. Now I am aware that each local assembly will have a specific
tailor-made vision, but why do we feel that we have to do all the things the
other guy is doing for a successful church meeting? Why do we pride ourselves
for a job well done when it was nothing more than a mental ejaculation, or
worse, something we’ve conjured up with our head {right where you think} and
our hands {right where you work – get it}? Revelation 13:15-18; Daniel 3:1-11
Because many today have become churchy
and not kingdom-minded, we have substituted the kingdom for our organizational
cause. We have not received an open heaven for our work to advance into a new upward
spiral for a new destiny. Instead, we have settled down with our pitched tents
and turned them into temples, while singing songs in the literal text, “I Shall
Not Be Moved!” We have turned the sovereign and manifesting movement of the
Spirit into a monument. For a monument is something, which can be completely
removed!
Beloved, in this new paradigm shift, there
is to be a discovering of the foundation according to Ezekiel the 13th
chapter. There is also the messenger of the covenant in His temple with
purification from the inside out. In all of this, something deep and profound
is going on, something perhaps out of range to the carnal dictates of the mind.
For the Spirit of the Living God is bringing to life purpose and divine destiny
in his people, and like the slain army without hope in Ezekiel’s bone yard,
they shall arise! Ezekiel 37th chapter…
Now, let’s establish some principles that
leads to a right foundation. Afterwards, we shall further highlight the corporate
purpose of the church, with powerful conclusions for this chapter as well.
Isaiah speaks of a foundation, which God the Father himself has laid.
In Isaiah 28:16 four important characteristics stand out about His Foundation.

–I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone – Matthew 21:46; Psalms.118: 22: Mark
12:10; Ephesians 2:20: Matthew 16:18 {Upon this rock I will build my church}

{2} – A tried stone – {James 1:3},
tested and proven – 1st Timothy 3:10: or to put on trial…
1 Cor. 3:12-15 – Every man’s work made
manifest in the day of the oven: refiners fire…

- A precious or valuable corner stone – it is simply tested and proven to be
precious and valuable.
{4}
– A sure foundation – to set, to found, to sit down together, to settle,
consult, appoint, take counsel, establish, lay foundation, instruct, and
ordain…Hebrews 11:10 {city with foundations}: Foundations of God stand sure, 2
Tim. 2:19

Now, when reviewing Ezekiel the 13th chapter, we find a
interesting word for “discover.” It is defined from the Hebrew word “galah
{pronounced gaw-law} meaning “denude, especially in a disgraceful sense; by
implying to exile {captives usually are stripped}, figuratively to reveal,
disclose, also to remove, reveal shamelessly, surely tell, and uncover.”
Three important notes are considered here from Ezekiel chapter 13…
1 – Anything that is named the name of the Lord and is not, God will
break down its walls…
2 – As the walls fall to the ground, God will discover {uncover} the
foundation thereof…
3 – God’s word says some will be consumed {the stuff built with} in the
process…
This teaches me to take heed on what and how we build – 1st
Corinthians 3:10-15
…He will discover {uncover}
your sins…Lamentations 4:22
…I will discover the foundations
thereof…Micah 1:6
…Your nakedness discovered
through your whoredom…Ezekiel 16:36
The Spirit of the Lord is uncovering what we are made of, and the fire
of his oven reveals what sort of work it is. For again, the messenger of the covenant
purges and purifies with the fire…
But who may abide the day of
his coming? And who shall stand when he appears? For he is like a refiner’s
fire, and like fuller’s soap. He shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver:
he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they
may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness. Malachi 3:2-3 {Also read
John 2:13-17 – Revelation 18:11-24}
Here’s where many local,
national, and international ministries have erred…
A – They’ve created their own nation. This includes racism and
religious pride such as the Baptist, Methodist, FourSquare churches, and the
mother of it all, the Roman Catholic Church.
By creating your own nationalistic agenda, you reveal primarily your
own interests. When you resort to the proud stance of a religious organization
enraged at the idea of corporate change in the body of Christ, your practices
and beliefs do not reveal where you are going, but where you have stopped.
Either you are of the body, or are against the body. Psalms 2:1-2; 2 1 John
2:18-20
B – When you sever the head from the body, you die! For the head, which
is Christ gives nourishment to it. Everything the body needs flows out of his
headship. Just listen to the countless many of believers who struggle endlessly
for the right answer to the religionist’s question, “Are you denominational,
non-denominational, or inter-denominational?” With me, my answer would be, “I
am a part of the Body of Christ!” I am of the Body!” Yet for some, they would
respond by saying, “You’re not committed anywhere, because you didn’t specify
whether you are denominational or not!” And every now and then, I would
lovingly respond again by saying, “I am the Body of Christ according to Romans
12, 1 Corinthians 12, and Ephesians 4.”
“You may be a Baptist, but I am what Christ says I am!” You may specify
what religious cluster and clan you’re with, but Christ has never established
these divisions at all. They are the mark of carnality according to 1st
Corinthians 1:10 and chapter 3:1-5. {Read also Colossians 2:10}
C – When you take “A Truth” and make it “THE Truth,” you create a
carnal division of the body of Christ. 1 Corinthians 1:10; 3:3-4; John 14:6; 1st
John 2:18-19;

Now, the great statement of faith issue has further divided the body
into groups, sub-groups, classifications, caste systems, sects, titular and
clerical rule, economics, and doctrines.
From classical beliefs as trinity, the
imminent return of Christ, the plight of the wicked, to select portions of
scripture confirming the organization’s strength, most statements of faith tell
you nothing about the expressed purpose for which God has given them. In fact,
a lot of assemblies borrow the same format word for word in developing their
statement of faith. What this suggest sometimes is that we have lost our own
identity and purpose, and will borrow another person’s expression of belief,
claiming originality all our own. This then, becomes the doctrinal basis for
believers accepting the right hand of fellowship in these systems. Instead of
being led of the Lord in the place of his choosing, the place where his name
is, we hook up with ministries, which more or less agree with our particular
convictions and beliefs of the bible. For many, this becomes the norm for
finding a good church to be a part of or an alliance of ministries as well.
I am not suggesting one to float aimlessly
around without any sense of discernment. But the truth is, we
Have become stuck on saying and believing
the right doctrines, when Jesus himself said in John 7:16-17…
…My
Doctrine is not mine, but his that sent {Apostello – the nature of his mission}
me. If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be
of God, or whether I speak of myself…
Now,
an example of divisiveness is having four different Church of God denominations
{including Anderson, Cleveland, and Prophecy}, over 100 Baptist denominations
{including Ana, Primitive, Progressive, National, Congregational, Southern,
Missionary, etc.} Methodist {A.M.E, C.M.E., United, etc.} and the list goes on
and on. Note below a brief list from denominational and non-denominational

Though each have taken a noble step and effort to preserve something
they feel is right, the problem is, that by building on a certain emphasis at
the exclusion of the proceeding word of the Lord, we begin preaching “A TRUTH”
as the “THE TRUTH.” In each section above there are serious concerns for
change. For change beloved, is perhaps the single most important word in
present truth apostolic reformation. And in this new millennium leader-shift
expect even more great changes to come. {From president’s of a religious order,
to pastors, to the people}

Spiritual Order
You may claim the name of one thing, but your spiritual order may be
that of another. You say you are Charismatic, but the only thing Charismatic
about your assembly is the singing of new worship songs. You say you are
Pentecostal, but in truth you are Neo-Pentecostal. You say you embrace the full
operation of ascension ministries recorded in Ephesians 4:11-13, but your
spiritual order is the same as United Pentecostal Church. For spiritual order
tells you what your ministry source is, even if you claim to speak in the top
20 Charismatic tongues.
With over 20,000 divisions in the church, from hair splinters,
hair-raisers, to hell raisers, there is still the spirit and fruit of what
these divisive entities produce.
For one thing, many of these religious systems find their esteem,
value, worth, and identity in themselves, and not in the headship of Jesus
Christ. Since Christ is the head of the body, you would think every entity
would be submitted unto him, but their beliefs and actions reveal contrariwise.
For James 3:16 says, “For where envying
and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.” And 1st Corinthians
3:3 says, “You are yet carnal; for whereas there is among you envying, and
strife, and divisions, are you not carnal, and walk as men?”
Now, spiritual order is not a blanket look at the negative aspects of ministry
alone, but reveals the hidden depth and degree of a work whether prolific or
shallow, positive or negative. Below, you will see how many ministries are
postured in one area of belief and practice, while revealing the true identity
of what it really is. For wisdom understands the true nature of things.
Identity through Divisiveness
1 – The Church of Christ {though they claim not to be a denomination}
got their first kick-off in the 19th century. During a time of
radical changes in the church world, the Church of Christ attempted to pioneer
Church Government. The main problem was they tried to restore New Testament
order in the church without the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. The resulting end,
they became legalistic to the name Church of Christ, denying the use of musical
instruments in the corporate gathering, regarding tithes as Old Testament law,
women preachers as unscriptural, and a whole list of objections to follow.
Today, they are steadily growing and possess a simple approach to ministry. They’ve
got an idea for Church, but not the Baptism of the Holy Spirit.
2 – The Assemblies of God is the largest Pentecostal denomination in
the world. Their main strength as an organization is in missions and outreach.
However, the spiritual order of this classical Pentecostal system is not that
much different from Southern Baptists. Both disfavor women in a high-ranking
capacity, and have problems with ordination of divorced ministers. Both groups
are strong on the family and dispensation theology. In fact, a number of
Southern Baptists raved reviews of Assemblies of God churches in similar
practices. However, the real difference in these two systems is found in
Pneumatological studies. For the Assemblies are Pentecostals, adhering to the
baptism of the Spirit in historical practices. The Southern Baptists however,
believe too, in the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, but not as a subsequent
experience of the new birth. The Southern Baptists believe the original
Pentecostal wave of glory was confined to the early church of the book of Acts
as a one time historic event. They do however purchase a lot of so-called
Charismatic worship music. And on this note, the Assemblies of God at large do
not like being classified in Charismatic lingo. They feel they are Pentecostal!

3 – Among many African American urban
ministries, there has become a new wave or revised structure of ministry
parallel to the Roman Catholic Church. In a number of these camps, you will
hear terms like “Prelate, Council,
Bishop, Chief Apostle, District Elder, Arch Bishop, Diocese, Jurisdiction,
etc.” Regularly, churches and ministries will come under the auspices of
these organizations, adhering to its conditions and founding tenets of belief. In this you will find both old line and
main line groups with a few differences here and there concerning ministerial
orientation.
In
many of these systems, the religious attire is Roman Catholic in appeal, and
the ordination process is quite the same. I have witnessed on more than
one-occasion ministries of this Neo-Catholic infrastructure ordaining ministers
to Bishops, and District Elders. At times, you may even hear the Latin lingo of
Catholicism while ministers become ordained to Bishops out of context. Like the
C.O.G.I.C., the Bible Way Diocese, the A.M.E., the P.A.W., and the Full Gospel
Baptist Fellowship, ministers carry lofty titular positions, very clerical, and
very distinguished in robes, too. Somehow, clergy collars add rich distinctive
to their organizational cause as well. {Admittedly, their garb looks great}
However,
my main concern has to do with structural integrity. I mean, what does lofty
titles, flashy and flourishing colors, and prestigious positions have to do
with the dominion mandate? Nothing! What does the flattering of title bishop
mean if we are not walking in the office of it? Nothing! And, what does the
succession of Popes, Cardinals, Bishops, and Archbishops has to do with the
apostolic and destiny-oriented dimension of the church? Absolutely nothing!
Like I have said in previous conferences and seminars around the
country, being diverse is not the real problem, and having cultural or social
distinctive is not my issue here. The problem is being divided over our
diversity at the exclusion of the 1st Great Commission. For if we
really think that what we are doing is actually the fruit of our mission
{apostolos}, then think again. If we really feel that the apostolic mission
thrust of the church to settle down and get religious is the answer for a
broken humanity, then we need to reconsider what the church is really given
for.
God’s
Corporate Purpose & Destiny for the Church is Melchisedec in Dimension
As
stated before, the mission and purpose of the church can be traced back to
dominion in Genesis 1:26-28, affirmed in the corporate grace of ancient Israel
in Exodus 19:5-6, and confirmed in numerous new Covenant scriptures such as 1
Peter 2:5, 9; Revelation 1:5-6; and 5:10. These are not the only scriptures by
far, but remember, the context of this book is king-priest in scope, character,
purpose, and vision. We deal in the overall, and some specifics here of the
dimension of the Melchisedec Order as oppose to an Aaronic order. For the
Aaronic order is limited in scope and vision. The Aaronic order is sectarian. The
Aaronic order if you will, is prejudice in priesthood, but not the universal
unfolding of the Melchisedec Order. For the scriptures confirm that Jesus is
made a high priest forever after the order of Melchisedec. The Hebrew writer
wanted to reveal the mysteries of the kingdom concerning Melchisedec, but
instead he began to address the saints for being dull of hearing. Hebrew
5:1-14; 6:20; 7:1-28
Let’s
consider this, that Jesus Christ is Priest and King. In some camps there is the
reverse usage of the phrase Priest-King over King-Priest. No problem here! Now, if Jesus was made a high Priest forever
after the order of Melchisedec, then how important is Melchisedec to the
harmony of scripture? Surely there is little mentioning of this so-called
mystery man, and there are opinions, which have arose over the idea of him
being non-human. Some say Melchisedec was a Theophany, a visible appearance of
God to man. Others say he was a wealthy black man who imparted the substance of
universal prosperity into Abram {Abraham}. Whoever he appears to be may revolve
a lot of questions. What I am after here is present truth, a proceeding word
that confirms our present position as a glorious body. And, remember this,
Jesus was made after this order. So let’s highlight Melchisedec in context with
the glorious church.

The law of first mention reveals Melchisedec by name in Genesis 14:18.
In this opening verse, Melchisedec {or Melchisedek} is seen administering
Bread {Body of Christ} and Wine {Blood of Christ}. He is the king of Salem, the
original name for the city of Jerusalem. During his time there was war between
the kings, in which Abram had engaged.
Without going into details surrounding the circumstances of Abram and
Lot, I shall go directly to the heart of the matter. For Mechisedec simply
appeared on the seen during a time of civil unrest and battles between the
kings, and boy there are considerably present truth reasons why.
In brief highlight, Melchisedec reveals the following…
1 – Melchi - Melek: King, royal: from another root word “Malak” meaning
“reign, to ascend the throne, induct into royalty. Melchisedec is King of Salem
{Shalom, the unfolding nature of the New Jerusalem, the church in perfection
and glory} – Revelation 21-22.
2 – Zedek or Tsedeq: the right {be right – natural, moral, legal},
equity, {fig.} prosperity, just {ice}, right {righteous} – Zadok {just} the
priest – 1 Chronicles 15:11; 16:39
3 – Priest of the most High: Priest {First mention here} – one
officiating, principal officer:
The most high {Elyon} – of the highest {most holy place principle,
highest dimension}
In this lies the King-Priest Ministry. This ministry is vertical
{Priest – heavenlies} and
horizontal {King – Rule, Dominion}, to God and man. It forms the shape
of the cross.
It is in earth and in heaven – John 3:13. It is the Lamb and the Lion.
This is the ministry first produced in us through the blood of Jesus Christ.
This is our first position in the heavens
{priest} and in the earth {king} – royal priesthood – 1st
Peter 2:9; Revelation 1:5-6; 5:10
Melchisedec is also King of Righteousness {Zadok} and King of Peace
{Salem –shalom}. This means the Melchisedec order is kingdom minded, and
kingdom purpose as confirmed in Romans 14:17. For the kingdom of God is righteousness,
peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
4 – Melchisedec administrate the Bread {body of Christ} and Wine {the
blood of Christ}.
Melchisedec is a revelation of Holy Communion in the midst of warfare.
In the Melchisedec
realm, the battle is not ours but the Lord’s. There is rest and peace
in Salem.
5 – Melchisedec blesses Abram in the nature or name of God as most High
{El-Elyon}. During some trying times in Abram’s life, Melchisedec pronounces
upon Abram the blessings of possessor for both heaven and earth. This
pronouncement is a revelation of Melchisedec being an apostolic priesthood with
power and authority to affirm, confirm, appoint, bless, etc. The substance of
what Melchisedec blesses Abram {or Abraham} with takes him from degeneration to
regeneration. This substance was released into Abram, deposited into Sarai {now
Sarah – Romans 4:17} all the way through the New Testament into the womb of
Mary, which she had conceived, by the Holy Ghost. For Jesus was born a king
according to John 18:37
6 – Melchisedec is quickened to bless the Most High God for delivering
Abram’s enemies into his hands. When Abram witnessed the revelation of this
apostolic priest, he began to give tithes of all that he had. This speaks of
the present truth principle of being appointed of the Lord to give accordingly.
Like Peter who acknowledged Jesus for having the words to eternal life {Jn.
6:68}

Abram recognized this man Melchisedec in a whole new frequency, as this
is connected with the apostles who received the possessions of the saints laid
at their feet. For we must be appointed by the Lord to connect through {A} Right Revelation, {B} Right Relocation,
{C} and Right Relation – to those whom the Lord would appoint over us – true
apostolic leadership.
Melchisedec
in the Book of Hebrews
Jesus Christ is the life of the Father. He is the Apostle and High
priest {King-priest principle} of our homolgia, our profession or confession.
Hebrews 3:1
Melchisedec is a revelation of Christ, the King and Priest, and Christ
is contained in the revelation of Melchisedec. One confirms the other, for that
is what Christ’s blood made us to be, kings and priests. No, we are not made to
be Methodists, but Satan is. For the word “wiles” in Ephesians 6:11 is the
Greek word “Methodeia,” defined as, “trickery, to lie in wait – method.”
No, we are not made to be Baptist’, but we are baptized in the body of
Christ by one Spirit. No, we are not made to be Pentecostal, for that is a
second day mentality of the holy place. It is not holy of holies where the
Melchisedec order flows. For Pentecostalism is duality of nature. It is
mixture, stuck between the outer court and the most holy place. John
12:27…However, we are called to the third day, the day of the Lord where we
will live in his sight. Hosea 6:1-2
For the nature of the church is the nature and purpose of Melchisedec,
the king-priest ministry. Its purpose is dominion recorded in the spirit of
Genesis 1:26-28. It’s nature and purpose is seen in Israel, a kingdom of
priests unto God, a special treasure above the nations. For in Exodus 19:5-6,
the Lord says that the earth is his, which relates directly to Psalms 24:1, “The Earth is the Lord’s and
the Fullness thereof, the world and they that dwell therein.”
It is a revelation of dominion, for the kingdom of priests in
Revelation 5:10 shall rule the earth in the apostolic spirit of Melchisedec,
via, Christ the King. For Jesus Christ is KING of kings {we are kings}, and
LORD of lords {we are lords}. And again beloved, “THE EARTH IS THE LORD’S!”
Hebrews

If Abraham’s seed would multiply over all the earth, and Melchisedec
blessed Abraham as possessor of heaven and earth, then this is truth being
manifested for the global church. For we are the seed of Abraham, and
Melchisedec simply confirmed what God had promised Abraham {not Abram} to walk
in. Since we are the seed of Abraham, the power of regeneration to bring forth
destiny lies within us. For Melchisedec’s impartation or decree reminds me of
the prophet. And if so, we find the prophet, priest, and king in Melchisedec,
or righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost {Romans 14:17}…We see the
Belly {Prophet -John 7:38}, the Temple
{Priest – Ezekiel 47}, and the Throne {King – Revelation}. All of these
streams flow from Christ in you, the hope of glory. {Colossians 1:27} All of
this reveals the flowing life of the anointing. 1 John
2:20: Psalms 46:4: 68:9. These are the rivers of God. Acts 17:28
Now, let’s give earnest heed to the Melchisedec dimension taken from
chapters 5-7 of Hebrews.
But before we do, I would like to bring to mind some of the
frustrations that a number of you may be having with this subject. As I have
said before, we are not making “A TRUTH” out of “THE TRUTH.” Rather, we are
highlighting present truth kingdom principles, which coincide with The Dominion
Mandate, via, the first Great Commission of Genesis 1:26-28.

Called of God a high priest
after the order of Melchisedec. Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to
be uttered, seeing you are dull of hearing. Hebrews 5:10-11
The author of the book of Hebrews {some say Paul, Barnabas, or Apollos}
is intent on having us to come into the present truth understanding of
Melchisedec. He would have been delighted to go further into more detail, but
he discerned there were those who seemed oblivious to what he was saying.
Therefore, he began reiterating the encouraging needed to become spiritual mature
in the word. For it is one thing to be spiritual, and another thing to be
mature. Now notice the three levels of spiritual dietary intake as it points to
progressive maturity in the tabernacle…
30 – Milk – 60 – Bread
– 100 – Meat
The author makes a point in having us to re-relate to the first
principles {our foundation} of the oracles of God. Notice these first
principles are not ascribed to any religious affiliation, but to the oracles {Greek – Logion: an
utterance of God – Acts 7:38;
Romans 3:2; Heb. 5:12; 1 Pet. 4:11}.
They come from the Father as a proceeding word {Rhema – Mt. 4:4; Rom.
10:17; Eph. 6:18}.
The First principles of the oracles of God are foundation and
elementary principles. They are believed to be the beginning stages of the
believer’s growth in the word. Though the majority of today’s statements of
faith consist of these in one respect or another, they teach it as if their
religious order was the first ones to receive it. Note below…
…We believe in repentance of sin, {Trinity
and Oneness Groups differ in degrees} Amazing!
…We believe in faith towards the living God… Wow,
what a staggering revelation!
…We believe in Baptisms {Water,
Holy Ghost, infant for some and for some others the dead}
…We believe in the laying on of hands {some,
by prophecy, others for Holy Spirit, some for ministry}
…We believe in the resurrection of the Dead
{usually with a dispensational Scofieldian slant}
…We believe in eternal judgment {usually
viewed by many as the plight of the wicked, but…}
A lot of the lofty appeal for statements of
faith was birthed out of Romish doctrine.
Sources say Romanism traces back to the Etruscan order. The Etruscan
order is believed to have migrated into Europe through Asia Minor. Sources also
say the system of mysterious rites can be traced back to Babylon, Babel, or
Nimrod.
Now,
Romanism appears to view faith towards God as having faith in the Roman
Catholic Church. Baptisms consist of a few sprinkles, with acknowledgement of
the deceased. The laying on of hands is the authority of the clergy. And the
list can go on. {Thank God for Martin Luther and the new reform {Circa} 500
years past}
Referring back to the tenets of faith, there
is a definite problem here when saints pitch their tents at these doctrinal
foundations. The Hebrew writer is believed to have given a 6-fold foundation
look at the early church. However, there is a 7th principle many
assemblies have not considered. The 7th one is, “LET US GO ON UNTO
PERFECTION.” {Jesus Christ is that which is PERFECT, the Perfect Man}
Now, perfection is maturity, completion, and full stature. Perfection
is God’s way of saying, “Let us come to the conclusion of the whole matter!”
Ecclesiastes 12:13
Perfection, in the purest sense is Christ personified. It is perfect
love in 1st John 4:18, and in
1st Corinthians 13 -
for Jesus Christ is that which is perfect {is come}. Spiritual gifts are not
perfection, for they operate in the in-part realm. But Jesus Christ is the
fullness of God without measure. He is the fullness of the Godhead bodily.
Thus, the in-part realm is subject to him.

Back to Hebrews…
The author of the book of Hebrews may have felt that by having to
reiterate the first principles of the oracles of God, one may very well be
ready to move on to the meat of the word.
In verses 4-5 of Hebrews 6, the author lists some important
considerations for moving on to perfection {1st Corinthians
13:9-12}. Note the following…
The
impossibility of falling away if…
1 –We have been enlightened {Gk – Photizo –
to shed rays, to brighten – Ephesians 1:18}
2 – We have tasted the heavenly gift {John
4:10: James 1: 17: Romans 11:29}
3 – We were made partakers of the Holy Ghost
{2 Peter 1:4: Acts 20:28: Eph. 1:13-14}
4 – We have tasted the good word of God
{Psalms 34:8: 119:103}
5 – We have tasted of the powers of the
world to come – Ephesians 3:19:}
{Meaning, why would we want to go back if we have so much to look
forward to?}
Hebrews chapter 7
The chief notable characteristic of Melchisedec is that he is a
priesthood of a different order.
Melchisedec meets with Abraham after the slaughter of the kings,
blesses him, and receives tithes of him all altogether. Melchisedec’s lineage
is without chronological calculations, nor is he the prodigy of human
ingenuity. He is not circumcised the Levitical way, nor classified as a priest
of the Aaronic order. Melchisedec is a higher order of priesthood in that the
patriarch Abraham gave him 10% of the spoils from battle. Since the Aaronic
priesthood was in the loins of Abraham, the whole Levitical system acknowledges
the greater glory and sphere of influence found in Melchisedec. For Hebrews 7:7
confirms, ”The less {Abraham} is blessed of the better.”
Now, Melchisedec is a reminder that there is no perfection in the law.
The law simply reminds us that there was a necessity for a change in the
priesthood. If so, then there is a change in the law.
This means that the stakes are higher, for the Lord is paralleling the
change of priesthood then, with a change of nature in today’s church through a
Melchisedec order. Melchisedec reveals the better hope, which is Christ. Christ
reveals the glory of a new priesthood, a more excellent ministry according to Hebrews 8:6. The glory of the king-priest
ministry acknowledges Melchisedec as a universal priesthood, without prejudice,
ministering to creation from a throne perspective. This glorious royal
priesthood is a ministry to all people, a ministry beyond the veil of no
limitations. This apostolic priesthood is the instrumentation of the kingdom,
bringing regeneration to those in degeneration. It is the endless life of
Christ, a ministry not by the product of men. It is a ministry that confirms
the expressed image of God for dominion. Genesis 1:28
For again Melchisedec is without father and
mother. There is no one here to lay claim on this apostolic priesthood. There
is no fanfare in the flesh to take pride in this baby. For Melchisedec is the
revelation of Christ not made with man’s hands. The Melchisedec dimension says,
“This is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes. There is no
headquarter church to ordain him, nor is there any bishop to pave the way for
his itinerary. Rather, Melchisedec is the living and breathing reality of a priesthood
that ministers a life-changing nature to all men at all time. It is a ministry,
which ministers to all clans, clusters,
colors, and creeds. It is the ministry of the most holy place.

Corporate Purpose continued…
The Melchisedec realm confirms the need to minister as kings and priest
from another dimension of grace and glory than the sectarian and dividing walls
of Christendom.
No doubt, millions of saints find a certain satisfaction and comfort in
these religious clusters, but the Melchisedec order is penetrating these
limited mentalities, bringing a new hope that Christ is the true source {and
resource} for his king-priest ministry. No, it is not the weak and limited
Aaronic order of carnal commandments, {SBC, AG, UPC, AME, COGIC, UMC, CME, ABC,
and 123 church}, but of the power of an endless life. It is a priesthood that
ministers mercy and compassion, but also the power of the spoken word. It is
the priesthood that respects cultural diversity among the saints {Theresa and
me do, too!}, but boldly proclaims Christ
as head.
For in
corporate purpose, we find our worth in the preeminence, centrality, and
Lordship of Jesus Christ. We do not esteem denominations, non-denominations,
non-denominational denominations, or any other NATION divided by their
diversity. But we esteem Christ All-In-All. {Ephesians 1:23}
We see the cleansing of a new priesthood. We recognize the unveiling of
a whole new generation of kings and priests unto God. For God the Father is
cleansing his house from racism, prejudice, exclusivity, isolationism, and
arrogant pride: and the heathen has raged long enough with their vain
imaginations {denominations, abominations, inclinations, procrastination,
alienation}. It is now a new season of refiner’s fire. The messenger of the
covenant is come to purify the sons of Levi {Levitical}. He is changing the
priesthood from one dimension to another. A new offering unto the Lord is rising. The earth is sensing a shift and a shaking as the glorious
church is revealing God’s eternal purpose. Christ the body is becoming a
radiant light to the darkness of this age. People from every nation, kindred,
and tongue shall behold the glory and beauty of the Lord through his corporate
body. The time is upon us that religious sects will cease to draw their
strength and nourishment from broken cisterns. They will come to realize that a
massive identity crisis has begun. For we had once found our identity in
ecclesiatic associations, but now we are returning to headship. The headship of
Christ is becoming the Ark of the Covenant as it topples over Dagon in the
midst of his own temple. {Psalms 24:7-10}
Right now, be open to the mighty Spirit of
the Lord to send forth the north winds of change to blow upon our foundation.
Let the south winds of change rebuild us again into the very purpose for which
we are given.
To the saints which once found their esteem
in being called Baptists, Pentecostal, Catholic, Lutheran, African American
Episcopal, Church of Christ, or whatever else, get an open vision and open
heaven as Peter did in Acts 10. Recognize the body of Christ bigger in scope,
character, and nature than your own clan. Return to headship and you will start
a new and fresh walk into the principles of what a true kingdom of priest is.
For as it stands, tens of thousands of assemblies cater to getting people into
their meetings with a view to conform
them, instead of the agency of the Holy Spirit to transform them. What this does is send an indirect message to
the masses of people everywhere that church is about having church, while the
pews
are filled increasingly with people who have
not discovered their God-given purpose and divine destiny.
As we enter into chapter four, another
portion is added that will enrich your life forever. For this chapter has to do
